I had a wonderful experience with Long Construction. It all started with Ben when he gave me the estimate. He was very professional, was not pushy like a car salesman, very education on what he was doing. Ben was patient and explained everything to me. I knew right away that I was going to go with Long Construction because of him. When I did decide to go with Long Construction, the other young man that I worked with, Brandon, made it very easy as well. He was the supervisor of the men that did the actual work. Brandon made it very easy and simple, they did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and the whole thing was a good experience. I have spread the word with whomever that I talk with on how wonderful they are.

Ben also listened to my concerns about the gutter issues that I was having. The roof and gutters looks great! The efficiency of the crew and clean up crew was wonderful.

(This is my 5-star Google Review): Extremely pleased with roof and siding installation and the TEAM! Dakota in Sales was knowledgeable and even returned when I had more questions. Project Manager Donnie was VERY receptive to my MANY concerns, communicated well, (and ALSO volunteered to return when I had a couple questions after installation). And Felicia, Amanda, Becky AND OTHERS in the office made scheduling easy and payment actually fun. Yes, we all like to reconcile to $0! Would definitely "choose Long" again...!

Not satisfied with the manner which additional plywood costs were passed on to me as the total cost for the roof repair phase of the project was in the contract. Quite frankly the plywood explanation and additional charge was nothing short of BS. No further comment

Installation crew for soffit padded hours actually worked. Business office corrected this immediately but should not have happened
