Lang Restoration provided great support and quality services, at a time it was needed.

They really dragged their feet in doing a lot of the repairs. Towards the end, it felt more like a hassle to get them to do stuff. We accepted less than good work. They refused to do it right. It was unsatisfactory.

Had several people calling so it was confusing who I should talk to. Other than that, service was fast and efficient. They made the process less stressful.

The entire team at Lang / ATI did a great job. We had a roof leak that damaged two floors of our home. The remediation team did a quick and thorough job drying our home without disturbing unaffected areas and creating dust. Reid Langley, the Estimator and Overall Project Manager did a commendable job coordinating a phased repair of the two floors that allowed us to live in our home and not disrupt our school aged children through much of a school year, despite our having to change the sequence of project phasing due to unforeseen complications. Reid provided valuable guidance as we worked through those complications which arose from discovering issues with our home's lower-level drainage that had to be addressed before the lower-level flooring could be repaired. Jesse Harlan did a great job managing the Phase 1 repairs of the roof and the main floor, which required refinishing the hardwoods throughout. The roofers fixed our roof and made improvements that redirect waterflow to ensure that we will not experience a leak again. The moveout team for Phase 1 protected our valuable antique furnishings and possessions as they emptied our 2200 square foot main floor and did an admirable job moving everything back into our home, including hanging clothes and filling bookcases and furniture cabinets and drawers without issue. Everything came back without any damage. Jesse worked with us to address our desire to modify the crown moulding to be "Craftsman style" throughout the main living areas and to ensure that the finish of our flooring came out perfectly despite working with both red and white oak species of hardwood flooring and achieving our desire for a particular custom color stain and matt finish. The cleaning crew did a fine job cleaning the home after the move-in. Blake Bell did a fantastic job managing Phase 2 of the project. His team leveled the concrete floor, sealed the concrete slab with a "roll-on moisture barrier" and installed plastic to create a double layer moisture protection solution, installed the replacement Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring beautifully, reinstalled the floor trim and mouldings, painted, moved back in furniture and appliances, and cleaned thoroughly - bringing the whole project to closure with excellent results. Their work was meticulous and they took great care, checking in with us regularly to ensure everything was done correctly. Communcation throughout was excellent at all levels and everything came out beautifully.

They were very detailed and accommodating. Anytime I had questions, they answered well before the 24-hour response time. If I had to work with anyone again, I would work with Jeremy. He was understanding and always responded.

I didn't have any problems with the workers, but I wasn't one hundred percent satisfied.

They were great and friendly.

The work that was completed was well done. The project manager always kept me in the loop. There were a few days when the workers didn't show up. I recommend the company use a better contractor for the quality of work and to ensure they show up on time.

Very professional -- everyone was helpful, prompt and thoughtful. I would definitely use them again.

Poor communication. The agent Ryan was not friendly at all and never returned my call. They removed so much damage but gave an estimate to repair at less that a third of what it would cost.

I thought they were very unprofessional. The person in charge of my job admitted that he lied to me about things. Lang Restoration and Construction also did not do things in a timely manner.

I would never recommend Lang Restoration and Construction to anyone. All of problems stemmed from horrible project management. The completion time for the project was literally 5x what was promised. Quality of work was poor, corners were cut, and our new flooring was damaged in several places and never repaired as promised. The PM was extremely hard to get a hold of. We eventually had to involve the leadership members at Lang just to get the work somewhat finished.

I would recommend the company and the service of the technicians, but the office staff would be the hard to recommend.

DON’T DO IT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!

Lang was beyond professional, ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. I would use them and recommend them in the future.

I plan to use them for other projects.

I feel that Lang Construction is a company that does not adhere to the timeline promised and the communication with staff is lacking. Phone calls are not returned and a sense of urgency is not present when it comes to getting work done. They seem to have little interest in customer satisfaction and this is evident in their relations with their customers.

The entire experience was made so much easier because of Tony and the crew at Lang. Coming home from a month long trip to find mold 5 feet up the basement walls was a terrible experience which was made easier by this crew. I thank everyone who worked on my house.

Our project went over-schedule, and had issues at every step (a floor installed that didn't match samples, issues re-connecting HVAC, a leak on the last day of construction that led to a hole in our ceiling, to shoddy construction like lighting cans that didn't match, and moulding that didn't match) This, along with several other points of miscommunication leads me to not recommend Lang Construction.

I probably would not recommend them.

They missed a damaged area. They ruined all the wine in the wine cooler. Never seemed to care about my distroyed room. The manager in charge was all about him. It took 90 days to get fixed. Lang's mitigation took 9 weeks pf our schedule before they were fired. Just horrible experience

From beginning to end, I was very impressed with Lang from their communication to their workmanship. I would certainly recommend to them to anyone who needs the work.

Lang Construction represents quality staff members and outstanding workmanship.

Prompt response to my restoration needs; Lang had excellent skills and creative ideas to achieve my goals.
