Once project started, communication in English became a bit of a problem.
Also, a little more communication at the start of the project over "what could possibly happen along the way," could have better prepared me for the extra costs at the end of the project. We ended up having all sheathing replaced instead of the 18-or 20 planned for, and also had a totally new venting system installed.
