From the pre-sales experience to during and after the installation, Bill Robinson took great care of us. He advised us on the best product for our needs and budget, worked within the estimate supplied by our insurance company, and -- during a time of very limited supply -- went the extra mile to obtain from his suppliers the exact color we wanted. As a bonus, Bill was able to schedule our installation for the upcoming weekend. The installation was led by Julian, who proved to be one of the more skilled tradesmen I've met: from his expert advice and execution on unusual aspects of our install, to his leadership of his team, to his patience with my ignorant questions, he far exceeded expectations. Lucky is the customer who gets Julian to install his roof. The crew was also impressive; they were fast, cheerful, respectful of us and our property, and exhibited the highest levels of craftsmanship.
