IWC quoted me a fair market price among four estimates. In the quote, they included two sheets (pressed board) for possible bad spots in the old underlayment and said they'd charge per sheet if we needed any more than that. They took care of everything. It did take them 7 weeks to get to our project after I accepted the estimate. Cody told me that they had supply issues, so that pushed everything back from the up to 5 week estimate he had originally stated. We had the large dumpster the morning before with some of the new underlayment also delivered. All the crew showed up at the assigned time in the early morning of the actual roofing work with final new materials being delivered during the tear-down process. By about 9, they had torn off all the old roofing down to the bare sheets of underlayment wood and had already started installing the underlayment and stacking the new shingles and other materials as they were delivered. At a little after 11 a.m. they all left the site to get lunch. Before noon, they returned from lunch and started to apply the new shingles. By 2 p.m., they were doing their final cleanup and leaving. Done! The dumpster company came for their dumpster the next day. Joe, the spokesperson (foreman?) for the crew came while we still slept the next morning, too, to put the final flashing layer on the base of our chimney. We didn't even know he'd been here. It took them one day to put it all up with a little activity the day before and day after. That's the way to get it done.

The roof was started and replaced in one day, everything that I was promised was executed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend.
