I am not likely to recommend them because of the roof experience and the project manager. It was a good experience with the sales manager and the siding. I received all the services, and half were poor, so I do not recommend them. I would recommend the siding and sales manager.

The Hucke Team was prompt and complete and delivered as promised. We had several issues that were and one major issue that were dealt with effectively. The major issue is that after completion of work I noticed that an upstairs window was broken. The shade had been pulled on it so it was not easily visible. It was clear the break came from outside the home because there are two panes. Only the outside pane was broken and and broken glass was between the panes. The break in the window was vernicle so it was not as if a ball had hit the window. Because it was found right after roof work finished it was clear that the break had to have occurred when cedar shake shingles were being cast over the edge of the roof when it was likely wind had caught one of them and caused the break. Hucke was called and showed the problem. Instead of claiming innocence they admitted the break could have only happened during roof replacement and they took accountability to fix it. The repair was done and although the break caused added hassles for us, the way Hucke handled it was commendable.
