Communication during the process was lacking. The original sales rep was wonderful, the roof looks great.

I was never given anything saying what the price of things were . I’m on a fixed income and now I have a 30,000 loan hanging over my head because if I knew that your prices were so high I would never have had this company do the job. 200.00 for a board to put on my roof.
