After a shaky start we received a quality job at a good price.

Was promised by Blain salesperson everything and it was nothing but lies, coordinator did not due her diligent job properly, crew no one spoke English and they did as they pleased. The supplies got dropped off without notice, dumpster came as well and couldn't get into driveway and had repeat of same dumpster day of work. They tried to do a live dump which was illegal on my side of street. had police and all at my home. The boss Andrew showed up late and complained about he was to be off and somewhere else with his g/f and left by roughly 1:30 and the crew was not finished til after 7pm after being at home from being at the home by 7:20am. Had to call in order to have issues resolved and even then, no English people, translator disappeared without telling me who he was for over 45 minutes. Even after only fixing some issues and still got nowhere and no help from the coordinator, kept telling me she sent me the best crew of 4 to find out they were the only crew that would take smaller jobs...more lies yet again. I was lied to thru the whole ordeal. Had to call another number from Maryland in order to get to a higher up person in order to get the last issue fixed correctly. The coordinator argued with me about permit and supposedly paying for dumpster permit which was false about the dumpster permit when it was told dumpster would be in driveway that never happened as well. Nothing but a total disaster from start to end that took an over a month from start of salesperson to high upcoming to do last repair issue.

Good communication with project managers, crew was very efficient and careful.

They were wonderful to work with.

Permits were not pulled for the roof. We received a violation in the mail and they told us they would take care of it before the violation date. They didn't. Then we received a summons for court and had to pay a $1,000 fine. I went to the court and paid a fee, then they said they would take care of it but it was too late. I called the day before installation to be sure they had the permits in hand and they said they did, which was not true.

The guys who came out did an amazing job.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. The first two gentlemen who came out, who were the salespeople, were terrific. I needed a new roof, and it was obvious. Jason was in charge of my project, and he made sure to come to my house to ensure my daughter felt comfortable, given the presence of all the workers at my house. The company is fantastic, and my new roof looks beautiful.
