I was not aware that Home Genius employees were not going to be used and the work was sub contractors. I expected to be working directly with Home Genius employees.

We had no problems with them.

liked most all about your crew and work and as far as I can tell the products you used .I cannot find my warrenty for my insurance company and I got lost trying to set up google account and doubt that I did succeed. The other thing I found very confusing was the multiple phone numbers that seem to be associated with the company and in this world of scammers it was unsettling. All in all I think the crew had a great work ethic and got to work and was done in two days As they drove off we sort of felt like we really did not know for sure that we would know how to get in touch with customer srvice if in fact we want to move on to siding in a while.

The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. There was one issue after the roof was installed, but it was fixed within a few days.

I have no complaints, it was all done in one day, everything was done great.

They are great guys and the crew is very nice. Everything went fine. They helped us in any way that they could. We had a few minor adjustments.

They promised me that a Project Manager would be on site at all times, and that never happened. They never got permits, so now I have a lien on my house and bills. A month and a half later, the dumpster is still in my driveway. There have been no callbacks. I have emailed, called, and texted them with no response or answer.

They were courteous, on time, and they did a good job.
