Everything they said they would do they did. They were very professional and left my place cleaner at the end than when they started. They're a very good company.

Everyone was on time from initial estimate to job completion. I felt we received a comprehensive estimate with little to no surprises during the roof installation which was a major factor in choosing Garcia. The field coordinator communicated well any discovery work and insured required materials were there on hand to keep the job progressing on schedule. The crew was very conscience about site prep and cleanup, leaving no debris or nails. Numerous individuals scoured for nails with magnets from the installation crew, field coordinator to the individual that removed the dumpster. Overall the job was professionally done with a very good appearance upon completion for the shingle type and color we chose.

Our contractor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. He was always there to answer any question we had. He actually seemed like he cared and wanted to help us in any way he could.

Garcia was really great to work with from start to finish. The initial contact with the sales person was very relaxed an low-pressure. Instead of pressuring us into a really expensive roof, I feel like we were steered to a roof that was just what we wanted, but at a price that made sense. Also, Garcia knows how to install fortified roofs, and has a lot of experience with these and that is a big reason we went with them. When it came time to replace our roof, Garcia's crew was prompt and professional and left our house & grounds cleaner than how they found them! I would 100% go with Garcia again and recommend them to anyone.

They are currently working on our neighbor's roof and we are NOT happy. First they dragged a tarp full of material off the roof through OUR yard to get to the street instead of through the neighbors yard. We saw it happen and there is evidence in our grass that something heavy was dragged there. They left roofing nails in the path. Then when I tried to leave my house, I found that they had parked one of their trucks in MY driveway and I was blocked in. The worked wh finally came to move it was rude and told us we did not have to get all upset (can't remember exact wording) but he was trying to make it look like we were at fault for being upset . We have a call in to their office to complain.

Overall, they did a good job, and there were no major issues other than the water leak. The water leakage issue is the same as it was before they started. I have come to the conclusion that they weren't able to diagnose the problem or they didn't fix the right problem. However, I was impressed with the original guy that I signed the contract with, but shortly after, issues arose. They did a good job as far as the roofing work is concerned, but I feel the materials are similar to any other contractors. I could have gotten the same materials from another contractor for a cheaper price and a smoother process. Overall, I am satisfied with the roof, and we chose them because they were a reputable company.

It is the most professional organization I have ever dealt with for this scope of work. It is difficult to find people who are as dedicated to their work as they are. I would not hesitate to recommend them. It is just a shame that more businesses lack this level of professionalism. I don't have any relatives working for them, and this is totally off the cuff.

Garcia charges a premium price and for that I expected a premium installation. Because it wasn't done properly the first time it is difficult for me to recommend them to a friend.

They got there pretty quickly before the summer started. The roof was not installed properly by another company in December 2021. It made a big impact. The roof wasn't stable. Garcia Roofing & Sheet Metal definitely helped me save a lot of money before the rainy season came by preventing damage. They communicated really well.

I had one issue. I was never informed about the devastation in my attic. I am still cleaning up. When they pulled up my old roof there was a mess that fell through to my attic. I'm still cleaning it up. There is mud, tarp paper, and nails all over my stuff in my attic. They said they will communicate that in the future.

Garcia was very professional and on time. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing I would say is that because of the area that was affected by the hurricane they had a lot of work. It took a little while to get us scheduled and get the work done. Once they were able to get to us, they completed everything that evening. We are 100% satisfied with the service from Garcia Roofing & Sheet Metal.

We had our roof installed seven days before Hurricane Ida hit. We didn't lose a single shingle during a category 4 hurricane. That goes to show the quality of the materials, and the installation. The job was done right! We are very happy. We had neighbors that lost it all in that hurricane, and we had not a shingle missing!

The worst experience I had with a roofing company, poorly organized. There was not one designated area to collect the roofing debris. Roofing materials were tossed down on all 4 directions. Not all debris was picked up at the end of the job. Many of my window panes were broken and badly scratched.
