Recognized Excellence - Viktor the foreman was a standout among the crew. Really everyone was great from Gary, Danielle, Ross, and Max, and the rest of the team. However Viktor was special. He was the real MVP and we’d for sure love to work with him again. We interfaced with him every day with him being the foreman. He showed up every day ready to work. He did a lot of the work himself and made sure we were always in the loop with progress and getting our feedback along the way with all the little details (eg lighting fixture placement, tile layout etc etc). He wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work and our decisions. I’m sure he gets difficult customers (hopefully not us), but he was level headed and calm throughout. We love him!

Clean - Obviously with any demolition you must expect a mess, but the debris was quickly hauled away, and the site swept at the end of each day. The crew kept the tools they used safely stored, leaving no tripping hazards.

Communication - Each day upon arrival I was given a verbal list of what work they planned to complete. We would also check in at the end of the work day. As previously stated, the project managers were always available if I had questions or concerns.

Clean - Every team did a wonderful job enclosing open spaces to minimize dust and debris and also left the kitchen clean at the end of the day. This was critical to me and they did a great job cleaning up each day!
