Friendly representative/project manager; no pressure tactics; thorough and timely estimate and contract; provided the options we wanted. Once work began, work continued almost daily until completion. Passed City inspections easily.

Equinox did a fantastic job on replacing my roof. They were extremely communicative and professional, and handled a complex project with the utmost care. They also worked around my schedule and did the whole roof replacement while we were out of town so that we were not disturbed. Would highly recommend them to any prospective customers.

I was under a tight deadline to get my roof replaced and they worked quickly and efficiently. Their communication was amazing and they were always very quick to respond. I asked them to clean up each night and they were very diligent with their cleanup. Working with Equinox was a great experience!!

In our long years of home ownership, this was the fourth roof we have had replaced. This was the easiest, quickest, and least stressful of all. It looks great. We would highly recommend Equinox Roofing!

Some of the material landed on my plants damaging them. Not sure if was because of the tossing the roof or if wind carried it over.

The actual roof job was well done but there was a lot of damage done to the surroundings. Two windows scratched -- one heavily. And one lawn bollard scratched and broken.

The work was done satisfactorily, but as a consumer who asked questions on how and why things were seeing done they were, I got a lot of push back throughout the process. Asking what seemed like reasonable questions led to frustrated, annoyed, and sometimes what felt like aggressive responses. Build quality might be fine, but the customer service was terrible.

Excellent work and communication. Both Eli, as the project manager, and Miguel, as the onsite foreman were very respectful of our property and privacy, and very quick tor respond to any questions we had. They cleaned up each day, and at the end of the job, they thoroughly cleaned both of our attics. They also finished a few days ahead of schedule!
