I had a good roof repair experience through the whole process from estimate to final inspection. The only issue was that I was not being informed that there was a change in personnel at Elliott and my project contact, (Drew) was no longer my contact.
Everyone understands that personnel changes happen, but it would be good for your customer to be informed when it does happen. Total roof repairs are a fairly stressful experience. For the customer this only happens occasionally, the expense is large and there are a lot of moving parts. The customer should not be the last to know.

Dependable and fast workers

This is the 2nd roof in a year that I had to have as a result of hail/weather. Elliott Roofing did both and the second time was even easier, despite working around weather and timing. They do excellent work, are exceptionally professional, and very easy to work with.
