We recently had our entire roof replaced by Eco Roofing Division, and we are thoroughly satisfied by the entire experience. Josh (Frantz) and Dustin (Meyers) are amazing. They and their team are professional, efficient, friendly, courteous, extremely skilled, and fairly priced. Their communication is outstanding.They explained every step in the process, even minute details. Josh answered all my questions in detail in a very timely fashion, and Dustin even took before and after pictures and made a musical video for us. They addressed all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond to put my anxieties at ease. I never felt pressured by an upsell or into purchasing unnecessary services, etc. Dustin and Josh took time helping us choose the right products and colors, explained the differences between/benefits of/pros and cons of materials, showed us several samples, and made helpful suggestions to ensure we chose the best product for us and our home. They paid attention to detail and their workmanship is outstanding. It is easy to see they have extensive knowledge of all aspects of roof repair and installation. The crew was very respectful and paid great care and attention to leave the front and back yards very clean. Josh, Dustin, and their team handled literally everything from start to finish, including acquiring all necessary permits, a container for old roof debris, arranging inspections, and following-up with our insurance company to update our policy. They made this a completely stress-free experience for us. My family is extremely happy with our new roof. Not only did the team do a high-quality job, but the roof looks fantastic! The front office is easy to work with; but the subcontractors they hire to do the actual work are below substandard. During the course of the installation extensive rain damage to the inside of the house because the tarp was not secured properly. Had to call them several times to clean up properly. Post Installation, the Seminole County Inspector failed the inspection twice. Hoping the end result is good enough to last the way it is expected to.
