It was easy, the windows are wonderful and they were quick and efficient. They helped us with everything that we needed. It was a good experience.

I would like to give Mr. Nolan Didonato and the Covenant Roofing and Construction Crew who performed the new roof install on my home 06/14/2021 a thumbs up and 5 stars out of 5 for the work that was done on my home. Mr. Didonato, who was just riding through my housing area noticed that my roof looked like it was in need of repair. He stopped, rang my doorbell, and talked to me. He asked if I would mind if he could go on top of the roof and inspect for damages and the condition of the roof. Due to some of the recent bad weather (wind and hail), my roof was at the point of needing serious repair. I had a few shingles coming up, a few missing, and a couple of spots that needed immediate attention. He said if I called my insurance company that he could work me through the whole process to where the minimum amount would come out of pocket. He lived up to his word and I am now a happy camper with a new roof.The crew who worked on the roof were very professional and went out of their way to protect my flowers and property around the house. Tarps were laid down to catch anything that may fall off the roof while working. The crew worked in the heat tirelessly helping each other to keep the job moving to completion. Not only did they complete excellent quality work they came early and all had a fantastic attitude and willing disposition. I was impressed with their work ethics and how they cared about installing this new roof giving me total protection from any storm that may come in the near future. My experience with Covenant was very good. They did what they said they would do and were very easy to work with. Zach and David were knowledgeable and friendly. When a small issue needed to be fixed after installation, they were quick to respond, took responsibility, and had it repaired quickly. The roof looks great. I would recommend Covenant to anyone and would work with them again.

I didn't fell that they were as organized as I had hope. For example in the contract I requested extra shingles incase I ever had to replace it and I didn't receive that . I had to remind them about the contract that I signed. They seemed to be unfamiliar with their process.
