Lack of communication as to job start date but note that we were having weather issues as well. After completion of job. I found lots of nails on the floor around the house. They work fast and got the job done pretty fast.

A job that was to be done in 7-10 days took over a month, and weather wasn’t the issue. Workers were told not to complete certain aspects of the contract and did not keep track of wood used during repairs. Sent out another person to count wood, gave me a number that was well within the amount promised in the contract, came back to finish the job but brought far below the amount allotted and necessary to complete the job. I terminated the job as completed to avoid any additional delays and or extra charges. Also left a mess behind.

Chris Morales from Clear Energy came to inspect my 35+ year old roof and give me all of my options for repairing. Chris spent a good deal of time explaining the whole process, materials, etc. I found him to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and the materials were all high quality, so I felt confident in my decision to go ahead with the contract.The guys who came to do the job were experienced, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. They did a great clean up job on the roof, and excellent clean up.I also had my fascia wood replaced, and I was so happy to have the same crew back to complete the job. They even rehung my clothesline for me. Very nice guys.If I have any big projects in the future, I will give Clear Energy Solutions a call.

I really recommend the main company. They offer really good material. The people at the main company are there when you need them.

The salesman was knowledgeable, and I only went with Clear Energy Solutions because I did not feel pressured by him. He explained everything thoroughly, but there were too many hiccups throughout the project. I was told that I would not have any headaches during the project, but that was not the case. I ended up having to deal with the second installer doing a hokey job on the patch work.

I reccomend Clear Energy solutions to the point that I will be using them to resurface the rest of my home (stucco) as soon as I have paid off the roofing contract.

I would only recommend if they get their contract with the communication clause and maybe take it up to $100. It's to easy to communicate with the technology that we have now. You can set schedules on your phone so that you make sure that you contact all of your customers daily.

They were very organized and quick. Retired, I am very happy about the quality of the shingles I selected. I am counting on their durability and dependability for the long run.

The sales staff and installation crew were professional at all times. The current climate of Covid and PPE requirements can make communication difficult but the Clear Energy Solutions did a fine job overcoming those limitations. We are very happy with the final product.

The crew was really wonderful, and the materials are really good. The person that scheduled the roofing was very good.

I was very disappointed with the poor communication, poor coordination, and poor management of Clear Energy Solutions. The project coordinator did not communicate if/when the crew would be arriving. The crew did not clean up at the end of the day, leaving a microwave by my Great Dane's water bowl, trash in my plants, shovels on the garage roof, and an used razor blade thrown in my yard among the grass. When I complained about these unprofessional acts, I was told: "Roofing job is messy. I guess I didn't prepare you enough to expect that". I needed to climb on the top of my roof to make sure that the job had been completed, because I was told by a worker that he would be finishing the job, but he never showed up.

It would depend on finances. I did some research and found that there were some companies that were cheaper. I went with them because I wanted to get the roof done before next rain. They worked with me on that, so it was worth the money in that sense.

All the people I encountered from Clear Energy Solutions were professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. I was kept informed every step of the way through updates and photos. Very pleased.

I got an awesome roof for the cost. The crew was good, the companies sales end was totally bogus.
