The crew was really wonderful, and the materials are really good. The person that scheduled the roofing was very good.
I was very disappointed with the poor communication, poor coordination, and poor management of Clear Energy Solutions. The project coordinator did not communicate if/when the crew would be arriving. The crew did not clean up at the end of the day, leaving a microwave by my Great Dane's water bowl, trash in my plants, shovels on the garage roof, and an used razor blade thrown in my yard among the grass. When I complained about these unprofessional acts, I was told: "Roofing job is messy. I guess I didn't prepare you enough to expect that". I needed to climb on the top of my roof to make sure that the job had been completed, because I was told by a worker that he would be finishing the job, but he never showed up.
It would depend on finances. I did some research and found that there were some companies that were cheaper. I went with them because I wanted to get the roof done before next rain. They worked with me on that, so it was worth the money in that sense.
All the people I encountered from Clear Energy Solutions were professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. I was kept informed every step of the way through updates and photos. Very pleased.
I got an awesome roof for the cost. The crew was good, the companies sales end was totally bogus.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Clear Energy Solutions as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
