Charleston Roofs & Windows did a wonderful job and rather quickly, which surprised me. I love my new roof. They were very efficient, cleaned up well afterward, and all the men were running around and doing their job that I was afraid they may fall off the roof, but they worked so well together. I love my roof and the green tint.

I have received almost 20 emails, tens of text messages, and tons of phone calls demanding I complete this survey - with *no* way to opt out of the harassment.

Prompt response to initial distress call

The process was much easier than I thought it would be, the company representatives were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

They don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I had to pay out of my pocket. I had to get rid of them, and I went forward and paid for it to get done by someone else.

I am still waiting on the gutters.

CRW, with Kim Theriot and Eric Chesnutt coordinating our project, has made re-roofing our house far less stressful than I expected. I have no complaint about dealing with them, or about (though it's been only 2 weeks so far) the installation and materials. Additionally, Eric arranged for what has turned out to be an excellent residential solar concern, to coordinate the removal, cleaning, and re-installation of our 30-panel SolarEdge grid.

Eric was very attentive to our needs and answered all the questions that we had. The whole team, in general, got it done sooner than expected. It was a very seamless process.

I would not recommend them to anyone. If I was Owens Corning, I would be ashamed to let them use our product. We chose Charleston Roofs & Windows because they had Owens Corning. Now we wish to God we would have never picked them.

They were the second company I contacted. Because of their ability to do the entire interior paint and the timeframe in which they could do it, and the personality of the salesperson, was why they were chosen. We made our decision before I read any reviews. T then I read all their reviews. I had three neighbors get their roofs replaced in the last month. I noticed none of those had drip rails installed, which is required by code where we live. It wasn't required when the home was built, but is now required when you do a roof replacement. Charleston Roofs & Windows were the ones to tell us about it. They also ungraded our roof to the architectural shingles at no extra charge. These guys are just the best. We weren't home during the work, so my neighbors watched. They all came over praising what a great crew there was! Absolut I would absolutely not go anywhere else!

Michael, along with Adam, were the two gentlemen who came to our house. They did a phenomenal job from the start to the end. The office staff has been very transparent throughout the insurance process. Everything from top to bottom has been a wonderful experience.

Best home repair I have had to deal with - they even handled everything with the insurance company, getting permits, and all of those details. All I had to do was initiate the claims process, and CR&W took care of it from there.
