They did come back and fulfilled their job, and did a wonderful job.

Some of the subcontractors, particulary painting, did not do a very good job. CT did try to correct that, though.

I would not recommend Carpet Tech for any repairs. They started off well but their communication and accountability to their states company values was dismal. As a result the work took longer and I was charged more out of pocket for their failure to communicate. On top of that their leadership didn’t take responsibility and instead stated that I, as the customer, was being unreasonable and nonconformist to what they deemed as standard business practices.

I was very pleased with them. I highly recommend them!
