I would recommend My Roofing Crew, with caveats.
As far as I can tell, the roof was installed well. There were, however, two commitments made that weren't kept:
1) A project manager would be on-site whenever work was being done
2) The clean-up would be so thorough that "you won't know we were here"
A project manager was here most of the two days when the roof was being installed, but not at all for the two days when the flashers were working. I suspect this is why the flashers did such a terrible job with clean-up. I found several large pieces of scrap metal, cigarette butts, food, and screws/nails. They also neglected to clean the brick dust off of one of the visible parts of the roof, which raised questions as to whether those shingles had been missed by the roofers.
The team apologized and cleaned off the brick dust, but also basically told me that I was over-reacting to "a few nails". As mentioned above, the issues were much more than a few nails, and I believe the root cause was not following through on the commitment to having a project manager present.
Among the four roofing companies I have worked with, My Roofing Crew is the absolute best. Their integrity, resourcefulness, and quality work are top notch. They fixed major issues with my roof, including heat trapping, leaks, and shoddy construction, all while keeping the costs reasonable. This is a truly wonderful roofing company.
I would absolutely recommend My Roofing Crew to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair.
