I was not truly impressed with the way they handled the situation

Amos Exterior's response time is not satisfactory. It's very difficult to get a hold of them. When you need to talk to somebody in the office, they do not call back until several days later.

The timelines that they give when they plan out projects for a home are not accurate. They're extremely long timelines to begin with, and they don't meet those timelines. If you want them to meet the timeline, you have to chase them down and call them and hope that they will actually get the job done.

When they did our roofing, there was nobody out here to do quality control. Thankfully, my husband has experience with roofing, so he was able to look at it and could tell there were things that were wrong with it. It had been a week, and nobody had called to see how it went.

There was no project manager the last day they were here. The crew that they sent out was sitting on our porch, drinking Coke and watching their phones for hours on end. It was very unprofessional, and they had to come out twice after that, which was a mess, to fix the work that was done. That was just not OK.

I honestly believe that if we had not called and said, "Hey, we have an issue with this," the roof would still not be done right because nobody called to check quality control. Nobody, and that's a problem.

Amos Exteriors, Inc.'s communication is spotty at best and erratic.

You know but I do appreciate that someone was finally willing to talk with me and make an attempt to fix issues

the communication was off a few times. i had to call or text and get it straightened out.they left building materials in the driveway.then the guy came and only cleaned up part of it. then another guy came and put the rest in his truck. i paid somebody to pick up nails. i have a bag of over 500.then when they flashed the fireplace,they left big pieces of metal in the yard. they picked up some of it a few days later. there are still 2 pieces out there.we have another place on the ceiling around the fireplace that has leaked, but wasnt there before.the facia on the garage looks wavy.outside of these items, we are pleased with our roof and would call amos again.

Project was supposed to take 90 days. We are now at 150 plus and I have no idea when Amos will complete the work.

After installation, there have been a series of leaks; Amos hired an independent person to dry wall and paint ceilings in several sections; they have occurred over a three month period; they responded quickly after I called, but the installation should have not created a problem with leaks, and ceiling damage. I am waiting for the next rain storm to see if I will need to call them again to fix more leaks and repair more ceiling damage. Hopefully we are finally done.

Amos Exteriors was quick to set things up, but they have still not completed the siding job. It's been 3+ months.

Sales rep, Zach, was very friendly & helpful with our insurance adjuster & the whole process. Highly recommend Zach & amos exteriors. Meet him through a friend.

I am still waiting on correspondence from them and have been for a couple of weeks. I have unfinished projects from them that I have paid money for; what they have done was done poorly, damaged my property, and left materials out, which killed my dog; they said they would reimburse the expenses for my dog; they threw materials on top of my chickens, which traumatized them to where they would not lay any eggs. There were materials I was billed for where I witnessed the contractors put in their vehicles and they were never used. I still have damage; they cut a massive hole on the side of my house. they put a vent over my kitchen, which should have been in the bathroom. The person, Duke, who I started this process with, inappropriately contacted me on several occasions and would discuss personal matters, pressing the professional boundaries. I have been told several times this would be fixed and it has not been done. I have reached out several times and the only correspondence I get is to fill out surveys so here I am doing the survey.

The workers worked hard and cleaned everything up afterwards, was impressed with the Roof and workers.

We had several areas of damage around our home caused by the roofing crew, Craftmanship of the finish work counter flashing in particular was subpar by any standard.

I have told many people about this company, very professional and all paperwork in order for insurance, etc.

I had no problem working with Amos and everyone was kind and very professional. I just thought maybe I should’ve price checked as I felt they were a little high priced. But the roof looks great and I’m happy with the end result.

The price was highly competitive, coming in lower than all other quotes for the same product. Sales staff was friendly and informative and the project manager was highly responsive and knowledgeable. The work crew was very hard working, polite, and friendly.

Amos did a great job on the work that was needing done to our home. They were polite, prompt, clean and professional every step of the way and would certainly recommend them for any job.

I would rate my experience an A+. Amos Exteriors was very flexible through my initial contact through my decision to completely replace my roof instead of repair. Communication was great with the company.

I would recommend them to everyone. I called Bone Dry Roofing first and they were outrageous with their price.

Just a phenomenal job. From the second they arrived, they worked hard to get the job finished and they cleaned the yard spotless before leaving. They also removed or replaced everything that I requested. I love my new roof!

The job supervisor who came out did a fabulous job at helping us arrive at the right solution, all the way from picking the right materials to some of the finer details, such as the trim. We also had some specific questions about certain vents, and they were able to answer those very well.

Just needing a roof, better insulation and done correctly, Platinum installers only apply.

Friendly, knowledgeable company with a fair price. Roof looks great and haven't had any issues since installation. Unfortunately had a few problems at installation due to rain that day, but they did their best to correct it.
