I was not familiar with anything that was going on. Advanced Pro Restoration came in and took care of everything. I did not have to worry about scheduling or people coming out. The company employees were professional, responsive and courteous. The subcontractors however were not as professional and consequently left the company with a somewhat worse rating. My suggestion, find more professional subcontractors! All in all good job.
