Great work and quality service
The project manager did a Fantastic job getting everything setup & keeping it going. The only complaint we had was incompetent plumbers & shoddy work that had to be done 3 times to get it correct. The rest of the work was very good
The project took over a year and a half.
ATI was very professional throughout the process. They were able to work around my very hectic schedule to make sure the repairs were done correctly & on time.Awesome job overall!
The job by American Technologies was not completed in a timely manner to the qualities requested or advertised by American Technologies.
My issue with AT was just with the length of the project. I consider it a small project and it took four months to complete. The communication was an issue as far as when things were going to happen.
everything done on time and correctly
They need to hire competent people.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as it took ATI "over one year" to finish a small pantry, small kitchen and living room that should have been done in 6-8 weeks! Electrical work had to be redone by another company, and appliances were wrecked by drywall dust from ATI subs. ATI cost me health & stress issues it was no bargan to deal with them.
They did an excellent job.
This is one of the most incapable groups of workers I have ever come across. Their work for me had no process or procedures. I cauction anyone working with ATI.
We had a foreman and a project manager and American Technologies office. The paperwork was never the same between the three. They did not have to do some work that was in the quote and we could not see where it was taken out of the bill. If it was not for that, I would recommend them.
Everything was great.
They are super easy to work with and very responsive!
I would not recommend American Technologies to anyone seeking competent construction work. Very few of their workers were fully trained and many of the individual jobs they performed were sloppy, done incorrectly, were over-priced, or needed to be redone after the homeowner reviewed the work. On more than a few occasions I needed to stop the work to explain the correct way to perform the install they were doing. I don't believe a homeowner that was not on-site for a daily review of progress, or one that didn't have some minor construction background would have caught all the items that needed to be redone on this job.
They still need to come pick up their tools.
The biggest thing was the timeline. They only had to replace the floor and then they had to do things twice, if not more. When they came and did the sanding for my sheetrock they had plastic cloths to cover my furniture. When I got home they had the plastic on the floor and did not cover my furniture while they were doing the sanding. They had to call another company in to clean it up.
No, but I would recommend the contractor who actually installed the floors.
Working with them was a disaster. They lied and overstated.
How can I recommend someone who didn't keep me informed? I had to call them and talk to different people each day. It is my home, and I was out of the loop.
The installers and materials were great. But there was a lack in administration.
ATI has some really great employees and some not so great. What is clear is that they are very unorganized and don't seem to operate under any schedule. People show up without notice. I have no visibility into what's next. It's been 3 months since our flood from a washing machine. We were told the job would be substantially complete by Nov. 20th, yet we are still with concrete floors and haven't even started on the kitchen. I feel like I'm constantly having to push them to instill a sense of urgency.
