The quality of materials and quality of work are very important. Every homeowner requires these aspects of a renovation. Both boxes checked!
They were great when Ashley came out. They were great overall.
They did an excellent job a
We received several quotes and they were not the cheapest but they were the best choice all things considered.
With Casey and Gabe we felt like we had two older brothers looking out for us.
Roof It Forward was great to work with. The team got a big job done in 1 day. Would highly recommend.
very knowledgeable and honest
Ashley is a good representative of the company. She is a hard worker and takes the time to explain things to you.
ARAC Roof It Forward was timely, efficient, and professional.
Professional and did as they said

Yes! Daniel Kitchens managed our project from beginning to end. He did an outstanding job with the explanation for our contract, managing the crew, dealing with issues as they occurred and completing the job in a timely way. His attention to details at the end was much appreciated.
We were completely misled in order for the salespeople to get us to agree to do the roof. We were told we would not need to pay the deductible until our house sold because it’s currently listed. It was the main reason we decided to use this company. Very easy-going salesmen and they said they do this all the time. NO deadline was given. We said we would not be able to take this on if we need to pay it before we finish college tuition payments in Feb. We said this clearly several times and they both clearly said it’s not a problem. Then, we start getting phone calls pushing about the deductible payment. And, one salesmen agrees with us on the phone that was the deal we had and doesn’t know why the other one is harassing us for it. Finally, we get a scary email to pay by Feb. or we will get a lien on our house. The other option is to open a line of credit with Regions bank to pay. But we had been clear in the beginning we would not finance but rather wait until our tuition commitments are finished in spring.
honesty!
They missed the first few deadlines. The roofers themselves spoke no English, cut corners, and did sloppy drip-edge work. It took 4 months to do the job. The drip edge contractor and two of the workers urinated in front of my house in plain view of my neighbors sitting on her front porch, and I had to talk her off the ledge to keep her from calling the sheriff's office. There is still a battery charger they left on my front porch. It was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend.
Roof It Forward did a great job putting on our new roof.
Our experience with ARAC was very positive and professional from the starting point with estimates and scheduling to completion.

Sales team Ryan Davenport was excellent!
Quick response and professional staff
We are very pleased!
ARAC Roof It Forward put a roof on the house in June; it was leaking 3 days later. It has been 6 months, and they still haven't repaired my roof. They did it in one day, but it was leaking 3 days later. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.
The crew was very careful in protecting plants and srubs. The cleanup after work was excellent. No nails left on home.
Working with Billy was awesome. That alone would make me recommend the company but I am also satisfied with the great work and price offered.
Billy Harrison and the crews were great! Donnie was also very experienced and thorough. We’re absolutely thrilled with how professionally everything was handled - from the initial consultation all the way through to the final installation. Truly a job very well done!
