Cigarette buts left in back yard by roofing crew. This resulted in my pup eating one and a $400 vet bill. They didn’t even ask if they could smoke on my property. This was terrible.

The initial estimator was very accommodating. However, when the logistics person came out, they contradicted everything that was previously agreed upon. I had to defend them. I even reached out to the estimators, but never received a call back. Things like where the trailer would go had to be discussed again, even though they were already agreed upon. It was very disappointing that I had to do that. Also, when it came to the flashing, they only read one. I had to take a picture of the contract and send it to them, with no response back. It was rather frustrating that we had to even go through that when it was already in the contract. We should not have had to justify what was going to be done.

The shingle and eavestrough installment was done professionally. The weather slowed things down somewhat and what usually takes about 2 days morphed into a week. Impossible to inspect the roof which was under snow when completed, but so far the satisfaction level is high. This is the third time ( well first Clark roofing in 1967 then A. Clark twice more) that this company worked on our reroofing. The eaves trough installation through A.Clark was very excellent and Nick was friendly and helpful.
I would recommend A. Clark as an excellent choice for roofing.
