The windows look beautiful. Mario and his partner, who did the install were fantastic. Very professional and just did a great job!!

I believe the quality of Champion Windows is very good. I wanted a glass sliding door with the blinds inside the glass and a lock on the outside and their quality of selection is really good. I would recommend them to anybody and they are very easy to deal with.

The product was very good, the installers did the job okay with only a few areas needing paint touch up however the delivery from the factory was slow and hard for them to track for scheduling. The local office did all they could to move the project along but what started as a June installation ended up being done in late September.

It was not ordered when it was supposed to be therefore was pretty delayed.

My overall experience with Champion from beginning to end has been smooth. Each phase of the process of getting ny windows installed was seemless. From scheduling consultation, financing (I really appreciated the gentleman who helped me with financing. He even negotiated a good proce with me), to installation with Mario.

Quality product

Clean the windows before you leave.

There were some communication issues late in the process regarding the actual installation

The windows are easy to open and absorb noise well.

Good people

If you are working with Seth Caldwell and have Tyler as an installer you will enjoy the experience. Until Seth took over the project not so much

reasonable prices and very professional staff

Honest approach about the entire process and nothing ever changed.

The crew from Champion worked hard to finish off my new sunroom. They worked in the heat all day long. Cleaned up the area all the while being very courteous to me and my dog.

Good product nice people and very good insulation

Easy and quicker than expected.

We picked Champion Windows because they impressed upon us that they were all "in house" from beginning to end of the process. The original timeline was at most 4-6 weeks. We ordered February 11, 2026 and have yet to have to job completed. The first time one bank of windows was he wrong size and had to be made again..another 5 weeks. Second install was the two outside window grids did not line up with the center window. Now another 4-5 weeks. This was AFTER 3 trips out to measure and take pictures for "the factory."

John Yuan the factory rep was curious and answered all my questions. The installation crew was nice and the finished job looks awesome.

The men worked non stop on the windows until they were finished. The left my house and yard exactly as they had found it. Very Clean. The were very considerate. The did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my windows.

Each part of the process was so fast. You hear horror stories about getting home repairs. But Champion lived up to its reputation!

Looks great!

The door is beautiful and appears to be a good quality secure door

Good Communcation and Great people to work with.Love the room and all of the work that was done. Better than I expected.

They took care of a problem for me

Quality windows and door. Very good installation crew. Made our house quieter from the outside noise.
