    One of the best companies. Clean, friendly, efficient, on time, Got the job done is good time, No problems and the installation was done to perfection. This is not the first time I have used them. They did an attached patio enclosure and returned to make sure everything was working fine.

    The sales manager was very nice and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the initial quote so we had to have a rebid. The measure team was on time and thorough. The installation team was also very nice and helpful. We couln’t Remove two window coverings and they helped us remove them. One window...

    Champion replaced all the windows in our Bay Village home and we intended to have them do the same in our Rocky River condo. However, two of the windows in Bay have broken seals and Champion has failed to respond in replacing these under the warranty.

    I have used Champion for a lot of my jobs, so I have experience with them. Sometimes they are slow to address issues for a long time after the installation. For the most part, they do address them though.
