Brett is so confident about Albar's products and services and does not use (doesn't need to) any pressure to sell. He informed me of their superior quality windows compared to Anderson, Pella, etc. by showing me the actual test results, and their after service, including lifetime guarantee that is transferable. Also I was very pleased that every single person who answered their phone when I called were courteous, and willing to help.
