You hit a Grand Slam in my book!This being my first remodel, I was initially very nervous, due to so many horrible stories I have heard fromfriends and their experiences with their contractors. The common complaints were: project delays, no-shows for days and lack of communication with their builder. In contrast, my experience was just the opposite. From the beginning of planning to the end of completion it was way beyond my expectation. Through the whole process I was pleasantly surprised at how little stress I experienced. All of your Zieba employees and subcontractors worked every day from morning to evening and were extremely professional, showed pride in their work and at the end of the day the property was left extremely clean. Now, everyone who enters my house, especially since I live in a historical area, are blown away by the end results and comment on the quality and attention to the craftsmanship.I can’t thank you enough Zieba “Team” for making my dream finally come true. The combination of a calming personality, attention to detail, making game changing suggestions and completing construction on time and on budget speaks highly of his integrity and that of Zieba Builders. Joshua Acosta is an exceptional Project Manager. He managed on site contractors, he was pro-active in identifying areas of concerned and develop effective alternatives to address the issues. Over the 6 monthsof construction, Joshua was constantly onsite, responsive to my concerns, and immediately returned phone calls and/or emails within minutes. His professionalism and competence was a constant and he obviously takes pride in his work. Always going the extra mile. He was a gem to work with and I can only applaud him for all the work he has done and making these lasts 6 months enjoyable.Designer, Kelly Arballo, was a pleasure to work with and was detrimental in my remodel. She not only is extremely patient, but has extensive product knowledge and a professional demeanor. Kelly took my vision and helped me make it real. There were many times I just could not make a decision and she would kindly point me in the right direction. Every room looks amazing. Kelly is everything you look for in a designer. Office Manager, Angelika Meyer, has been wonderful to work with in every way and I thank her for her attentive and professional service. She handled my questions and ensured all construction tracking was timely captured throughout the remodel. She’s a model of customer service.Guillermo , Field Laborer, was impressive and refreshing. I have not seen many people these days who have the work ethic, the drive and so much passion for their job. He was always the first person on site and eager to pound a nail.
