It was a very smooth transfer from the beginning with Steven, the sales representative, through the whole loan process. It took less than 25 days to get to the closing date. We have purchased multiple homes and this is the most stressful free closing we have had in years. It was a smooth operation from Stephen, to Omar, the construction manager. They very professional and jump on things. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Overall, the experience was good. Aside from the minor construction issues, we were satisfied. We would suggest better communication from the lender to first-time homebuyers. We would not recommend the lenders that they use.

There are problems like electric plugs difficult to plug in, GFI & electrical main box locations, (prefer inside garage instead of outside). Doors, closet & drawer knobs loose & falling off. Closet rails weak& falling down. Workmanship on lamenate flooring is not smooth & obviously not proper & professional.
