I thought they were great.

They need to listen to their customer. The customer is not the insurance company. I need to be listened to, and I don't care who is paying you. The people did fine. There was just an issue of authority.

They workers were excellent and professional. Their supervisor (Tammy) was very efficient and helpful.

Tiffany the project manager was Johnny on the spot. Once they got involved, it kept rolling. The crews that came in were friendly, professional, and thorough.

I hired your company for mold damage due to a roof water leak. Your company did not address the mold problem but instead requested for an asbestos inspection which was not something that was any concern for us. At that time I was confused and not sure why Chris your manager was requesting am asbestos inspection and I thought it was required for them to be able to do the mold clean up. They ended up billing my insurance over 11K for asbestos clean up and since it was for an empty rental property we did not discover that there was no indication of any clean up done by your company and all mold was still there. We ended up paying out of pocket to get the mold removed/cleaned up. Your manage Chris is not honest and misled us into getting the asbestos testing and cleaned up, when we did not needed that at all. Will not recommend your company or do business with you ever again.

They diagnosed everything and took care of their part of the problem, and there was not one spec of dust when they left. They were perfect in every way. They cleaned up beautifully and their expertise was top-notch! They were kind and professional, and the manager and crew were wonderful to work with. I have never been more pleased or thought more highly of a company.
