Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Phil was so great at managing everything, and we interacted with him the most. Always providing updates throughout the process or giving a quick call. I think our email chain is almost 100 messages long. Really appreciated everything! All the guys that came out and worked were polite, clean, friendly...

The whole PHI team was amazing, from the design concept of our screen porch to the quality of work. Even the sub contractors they had do the stonework, electrical, and painting were incredible. They clearly value quality, and they were always friendly and polite guys, which is a bonus to their work....

I hadn't planned on replacing my deck this year but our support posts had structural damage. PHI was very knowledgeable and worked with me on how to make my deck safe, last a long time and not break the bank. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend PHI Decks to anyone looking to replace.

The crew was efficient, careful (I have video of them manipulating a 28 foot metal beam around my prize winning gardens and trees and carefully controlling a 32 foot beam so it didn’t hit any glass doors or windows). The entire crew worked with us to think outside the box on at least two situations...

They are all great! Tim and Wade were great! They made it work, it was awesome and the deck is amazing. When we had little wrinkles they ironed them out and worked with our stone guys so well. I will use them again and it looks like million dollar job! I will recommend them to anyone!

Phil Murtha did a great job of shepherding this along and was a real asset in the design process.Like an idiot, I have totally forgotten the names of the two guys on the construction crew - but (as I said) the level of craftsmanship was outstanding......and they did a great job of keeping us involved...

The level of craftsmanship and precision shown by the construction crew was amazing - even the joints that were hidden away were tight and precise.....it was closer to finish carpentry than what I usually see on decks!
