Communication - The crew asked appropriate questions about the door and showed us how to use the windows in the new storm door.

Additional Comments - Everything from initial consultation to the install was wonderful. These guys are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had custom trim for door and windows that they handled perfectly! They arrived in a timely manner and completed in the expected time frame. I really couldn’t have asked for more. As I have been piecemealing the replacement of my windows, this was my second purchase, I will be using them again for the last few windows I have left. Great company, great crew and great products. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.

Schedule - Called an let us know when could install and showed up on time. Let us know ran it to challenges with our 1970s home which required a 2nd run for trim material to finish job by end of week.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The install looks amazing inside and outside! Framing and trim work can tell professionals did the work and they did an amazing job. When the team was not satisfied with how trim was going up in one room they took it down, picked up new material and reworked the framing until they were happy with the finished look. Every room looks so great and it's so nice to have new windows that seal!

Kotch's Windows & More is the best! I couldn't ask for better service or better people to work with! I had all of my windows and my patio door replaced. Took three days, each day I came home the house was clean and tidy. Always welcomed my questions. Very informative and knowledgeable. Oh and, they are great with dogs, mine was able to roam the house while they worked and I think she got some extra pets and treats too😊

They are 100% customer oriented and truly care about their customers and the work that they do. I had my sliding patio door replaced and they even vacuumed the balcony when they completed the work. I will definitely use them again and am planning to have all my windows replaced next.
