You can't go wrong with J.D. Jones. I don't like dealing with people I don't know. It's hard to find a contractor that's trustworthy. From the EST to the final product was a great experience. To bad they only do roofs. Dave and Jeannie were great to interact with throughout the process, the work crews work really hard and have a great since of humor. The clean up every day was surprisingly good. I'm a very happy customer

Roof was completed on 03-23-2022, approximately six weeks ago. Thus far, I have absolutely no complaints about materials or workmanship. Problems are not anticipated. I am hoping for many years of service.

JD Jones Roof Crafter did a professional job. We are very pleased with what they did. Anything that we thought there might've been an issue with, was taken care of immediately.

Their communication was poor. It didn't even exist unless we called.We finally, after months of waiting got an install date. They didn't show up. We knew that it would take some time but they never communicated with us. When we called and got a start date, they never showed up nor called. We had to call again. The demo team showed up and did a great job. Not sure though if a lot of the debri was from demo or installers or both. We are still picking up nails and other debris.When the job was complete, they just left. Didn't hear from anybody. After about a week, we had to call once again because they weren't complete. There was a lot of debris left and an ornament that was on the roof, was still sitting on the porch. The roof looks great.

I had several bids for a roof replacement on my home. JD Jones was one of the lower bids and they did an excellent job with the replacement. The office staff kept good communication during the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof or in need of roof repairs.

We were in a bad situation, the first roofer we had hired was incompetent. At this point, the entire roof was taken off and when I called JD Jones they came out immediately and fixed the roof within three days.

I had several bids for my roof replacement and RC was not the lowest. I called the bidders to negotiate prices, dates & terms and had better dealings with Janice & Rod at Roof Crafters than anyone else. Here again, there price was not the lowest, but dealing with them was the most favorable. I would recommend RC to my friends.
