I had four big old windows to be replaced. First, I compared estimates and product quality from different verified-licensed window companies. It was an easy decision, and Elor Energy, Inc. came on top. Ryan gave an educative and informative presentation and offered affordable, fair prices including top-of-the-line products with a lifetime warranty. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional/ethical with no pressure, hard-selling or tricky tactics. He was friendly, honest and very helpful in answering all my questions. The windows were measured two different times for accuracy before installation.

On the day of installation, Sam and Alex arrived on time, prepared, and worked diligently and efficiently. The installation process went very fast and smoothly as I watched them proficiently and expertly master their trade and pay attention to detail. They were amazingly good and carefully cleaned up afterwards.

After the installation was completed, Ryan conducted a thorough inspection to ascertain the windows function properly and that there is 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We had an excellent experience with Elor Energy. In fact, we started with just a small subset of windows we wanted to replace and at the end of the project we opted to replace our remaining windows with them. We have already noticed a difference with our interior temperatures inside the house.

They made the entire process painless and seamless from matching our new windows with the previous owners minor updates. They also helped us interface with our HOA to get the project approved.

We had two separate installers come in, Sammy and Augie. They were both very professional and treated our space very professionally and cleaned up as if they were never there. Our 2nd project was larger and they completed it within a day when we were expecting at least two days.

The salesman facilitated a no interest loan for my windows, but in the end I paid $2400 interest because he did not tell me the correct loan due date. Help me get my $2400 back from Goodleap and I'd give Elor 5 stars.
