Once work started they got it done
Enjoyed working with David. He matched the existing perfectly. The crew were amazing. Despite the over 100 degrees temperature they still worked fast and completed the job early
I decided to replace my small front yard with turf, and my neighbor recommended System Pavers. They explained their products thoroughly, recommended various options and answered all my questions to my satisfaction
The initial salesperson did ok, but contract wasn’t loading right and we never got a copy until contractor give us one. I would think with a large company as system Pavers they would have the latest technology to determine if rebar was present in the cement driveway and well as depth finders to determine the depth of the cement. Given that we had steps on the one side the salesperson could have seen that the cement in that are was over 4” deep. Our mistake was signing and making a deposit prior to having the actual contractor come out and review, but even then he didn’t have the correct equipment. On Reno day, we were told that the cement was too thick and there was rebar therefore needed to pay an extra $6700. I’m sorry but the majority of driveways in 1970 had rebar and an experienced project major would have known that. Also during demolition the workers damaged the garage concrete edge, which had epoxy. My husband and I were very clear that the driveway specifications needed to be kept exactly the same d/t living in hills water runoff is very important, which to say it wasn’t the whole driveway is higher in elevation. There was a 2” lip at our garage edge which is now 3/4” we’re keeping fingers crossed with heavy rains water will not run unto the garage (only time will tell, and if so, will let System Pavers know). The cracked damaged edges of the garage as well damaged curb we needed to bring to the attention of the project manager. Initially, he said they couldn’t repair or fix those things. It wasn’t their responsibility. After much debate and getting estimates, it’s amazing how all of a sudden they could fix the curb and edges of garage. These fixes are not up to standard as per the estimates but accepted a $2000 rebate because I didn’t want to have to deal with any System Pavers personal anymore.
I felt this job was sloppy and the workers we found out were not a normal crew. I will never recommend System Pavers!
I feel sales people need to be trained better and given the right equipment in order to give a more appropriate quote and not pressure people to sign right away. I feel project managers. Also need to be given the Wright equipment and really look at the project and do correct measurement i.e. calculate rebar or depth of concrete. It’s amazing that my son-in-law in a different state and being involved in demolitions of cement that their personnel has the equipment to determine rebar or depth.
The bottom line comes to training and giving the personnel the correct equipment as well as having crews with experience.
It was a complete disaster. The entire process was painful, devastating and the people who were supposed to be in charge were completely terrible. I can’t believe system pavers runs this company so poorly. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy
A change in area managers set my project back almost a month. Promised materials delivery were late. Lots of promised dates came and went. I had debated between using my own experienced two man team and a local material distributor of the same product line for the job but went with Systems Pavers for substantially more money in order to get a more timely project completed with less fuss. As a result, I ended up having to move other projects and planned hosting events out to August. And I still have unused Systems Pavers product taking up room in my driveway.
Please do your research and ask as many questions as you have. Choose the best materials and don't be shy to visit places to see the finished products, before finalizing your contract.
Too many things did not go as planned.
The communication between the project manger, the people doing the work and the ordering and planning was not good. Too many mistakes. Wrong supplies ordered, layout of the bricks was not communicated properly.

System Pavers
The System Paver construction team was detail oriented and thorough in completing our backyard project. The project manager, Beau was available for any questions that we had. His response time and attention to detail was superior. He is very knowledgeable about the product and offered suggestions that we very much appreciated. It was apparent he takes pride in his work and wanted us to be happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend System Pavers .
Great team and process. Andy was a wealth of information on design and materials while our PM Abrahan managed implementation of the project with responsiveness, ingenuity, and grace!
Happy with service and outcome
My installation experience was good; it was afterward that I had problems.
The communication was really lacking, and the commitment dates that System Pavers promised us were completely not pursued.
I think they are a really good company, but the project manager and the salesperson didn't seem to speak to each other properly. I don't know if it's bad blood. That was an issue for us, even though we really liked our salesperson.
Jonathon & Wade very attentive.
Very organized, good quality and well priced.
They were very easy to work with.
No returned calls, no point of contact
Every phase of the project met or exceeded my expectations.
We appreciated how extremely thorough they were. Our project manager Derick was truly committed to making sure our job was completed to a standard of excellence.
I had System Pavers redo my walkway with brick pavers. Unfortunately I would describe the quality of the workmanship as substandard. I really like the way my walkway looks like now but I expected System Pavers to do a better job. I based my decision to go with System Pavers on the fact that the business had been in existence for 30 years and the reviews gave the business 4.5. The crew came back to redo some of the work that was not satisfactory, but to this day, there is a problem with the level of the walkway in one spot in particular. Also, the stucco close to the house that was damaged was not replaced like I had been told. My husband is working on it now. The joints between the brick pavers are inconsistent. Some pavers are in pieces while they could be in one piece. Some sand is missing between some of the pavers. Sorry, those are the facts. I would be happy to send some photos.
Too many people involved in the project causing poor communication.
Great people , knowledgeable about the products ,experience
