Power did two projects for me. The second went well, but they messed up my entire day. They scheduled me at 8 am, and they never came. I called them, and they said someone was supposed to come the next day, the 1st, but we scheduled for the 30th. They blamed the computer for switching my days and then said they would be here at 2. I rushed to my doctor's and told them my son would let them in. I got back at 4, but they still didn't come. They showed up at 5 and did a good job. I have no complaints with the crew, but it was inconvenient, and Power should've given me a call. Since the crew did a great job and the manager, I'd hate to rate them badly. It is the scheduler or too many hands of the schedule that messed something up.

My experience with the work they did was very good; the follow-up was not as good, but I am still overall satisfied.

From the first contact person who explained the company and the product to the manager and the physical workers who installed my windows, everyone was careful to make sure I understood all aspects of the project. They each invited questions and answered them with clear information and thorough demonstration of the quality of the product. The representatives at each level were knowledgeable and articulate, and the installation workers were shilled and among the hardest working I have ever seen.

Our experience was pleasant from the consultation to the installers. They've stood by and held up to everything they offered. There has not been any kind of frustration in dealing with Power Home Remodeling. We feel the pricing is fair for the product. One thing that really impressed me is that they delivered on EVERYTHING they said they would. Nothing was amiss. Everyone's time is precious and they didn't play with our time. They communicated very effectively so you weren't left wondering what was going on. Their professionalism is stellar and I feel good about doing business with them.
