The expectations from the beginning were poorly executed. I expected someone to be at my house for no more than an hour and it was 4 hours. When they got here, I asked them to hurry up, I told them I did not have time for it and it was very irritating. It was like they did not respect my time.

They have an excellent warranty and they stand by their work and their product.
They’re not a flyby night Company so they’re always around so you can find them if ever any issues arise.

I do feel like they did great work but will say that I have been finding stray nails on my driveway and in my yard for the last two weeks after the work was completed. I am sure that they can’t all get cleaned up but the amount I am finding seems like a lot.

I and my wife found everyone, from the project company sales reps, the project manager, the work crew to the phone assistants and phone reps, all very professional, courdious, and responsive to our needs and concerns. The work crew showed up on time, was very professional and efficient, prepared each room properly and thoroughly clean up afterwards. Multiple neighbors were impressed with how nice the new windows looked and the quality of their installation.
