I was told there would be a supervisor present, but I never met anyone with the project manager title whatsoever. With the exception of the project manager we spoke with on the phone, no one spoke English, and we were trying to communicate with them. If I could rate it negative zero stars, I would.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the people that came to do the work for me and my wife.

The salesman pressured us for three hours.

The job was completed. It was done with a high level of skill in the material application. I had siding done. The workers were friendly. We got a long well when they were here. The supervisors made themselves available. I was able to call them when I needed anything. There was open lines of communication. It took a week to do the siding and doors. I'm totally satisfied with the installation and the details of the siding application.

They were fabulous. Kept us informed throughout. They were pleasant to deal with.

I just wasn't happy with inside trim carpenters and I think they could have done better

I was very impressed with the introduction; I never go with anyone who knocks on my door and did with these guys. The presentation was absolutely a five. I rated recommending them a three because the finishing of the caulking, the guys did a bit of a sloppy job.
