Great product, efficient service

I was very pleased with the product and the process

All of the staff were friendly, and knowledgeable.

Quality materials, polite sales force, mostly quality work, but continued pressure to sign-off completeness documents by home office and site manager a REAL turn-off.

I have no problems recommending power home to come do any work on other people's homes I like the way mine looks and I've talked to other people and they are happy with the work they received on their home. What I'm ready I may call back and have them cover my sheds

Work was completed in a timely matter. There was one small issue with cracked trimming around fascia. Came out and fixed the issue. Would have probably done price shopping b4 making decision.

Don’t insist people replace their front doors if they don’t want to do that. Also make it absolutely clear to them that their storm doors will be ripped off, and that putting up another storm may void the warranty on the door.

From sales to installation was quick, however, the workmanship was quite poor.
Workers left trash, cigarette butts, and energy drink cans scattered about. They workers stood on and cracked patio furniture instead of using a ladder.

I had to pick up hundreds of nails and tacks in my driveway and around the job site. Small shards of twisted aluminum also left about, putting the dogs at risk for injury.

The workers cut off a portion of my deck without any discussion

For the price paid I don’t feel it was worth it. Should have went with a local contractor instead.

I was very happy with price and quality of windows. I have already referred a friend and they have an estimate appointment scheduled.

Well we are happy with the work but it would be nice for someone to have come out after everything was done and did some quality control. I guess once the project is done and yall have your money nobody really cares to show up and do some follow ups and make sure the work was done to powers standards. But hey that's just me. If it was my company I would make a physical appearance after all jobs were completed to fully inspect the contractors work.

The workers were fabulous. They were on time, proessional, polite and very informative with my questions. They answereed all of my questions.

No pressure for decisions

They haven't finished. The job is unfinished, we're still waiting on them.

I had to leave and was unable to reschedule so I had my niece call you and tell you that someone else would be there on the install date. However, you still sent me emails and tried to call me instead of them causing a great deal of confusion.

I have been impressed with Power Home's work.

The installer did a great job and cleaned everything up.
