I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone because of my experience and their high price

The quality of the products and excellent customer service

Power installed my windows within 2 to 3 weeks. The date was set and they kept the date and time as scheduleThey also did my gutters, leaders and facia, which was done quickly. The subcontractors who replaced my window windows did a great job.

Would rather not provide one at this time.

I would give my likeliness to recommend Power to a friend 10-stars, if I could. I like the way Power Home Remodeling did the presentation when they came over to talk about the windows.

Power Home Remodeling was able to explain pretty much exactly what they were going to do for us and how they would assist in working on our home. They provided us with the schedule, and the app itself kept us up to date with a lot of the steps and processes that they'd be using, especially during the process as well when they were here with us. They were really good at keeping us informed about things and what to expect. That was helpful for sure.

Everyone wants to do their best job. And the follow up inspection to make sure everything is done according to how power wants it is so reassuring

Power Home Remodeling has one group to do the roofing. They have another group that does the gutters and soffits, and that group didn't do a good job. I'm waiting for a project manager to come out here and look at it, but nobody has come out here yet. They did good work on the roof, but the gutter crew wasn't good at all.

If someone can afford it and can ignore the annoying sales approach the final product is worth it.

There were some minor issues that we had with the manufacturing. the part that is wrong is not on Power since they don't manufacture it. It's a lock, and they cannot really control if the lock has a malfunction.

After we contacted Power, whenever we tried to call them about some problems, they were not responsive. The job was done okay, but they are not responsive to complaints after the fact.

I'm Extremely happy with my new windows and will recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone that needs windows.

We love the power windows glass and the security it offers

The person who came to check the installation of the windows was more interested in selling us siding for my house. He only half looked at the installation. He didn't show us how to operate the windows. If he looked he would have seen the little problems that had to be fixed. The installation team was very professional.

Everyone I worked with was kind, friendly and supportive.

They did an excellent job, and they did everything in one day as promised. They were clean and were respectful of the home.

The windows were left with finger prints, and smodges after installation. And some weird glue like residue was stuck to my siding that I can't get off
A team was supposed to come out after the installation was done, had an appointment and everything however no one ever came out. And also had to take extra time off of work due to 2 appointments getting rescheduled last second.

I would recommend Power because they’re professional and efficient and you know that what you’re paying for are materials of high quality that will last many years.

The salesman stated the basement slider windows were removable, but only one of the windows could be removed making it unsafe to slope out of. The other reason why I was able to get a window that opened out was because the mechanic noticed a hairline crack in one of the sliding windows after installation. I requested the window that opened out and they installed it but there is a bracket on the bottom that still makes it difficult to elope out of. If I would have saw how both basement windows opened, I would not have purchased them. However, the living room I am very happy with and the mechanics, especially the first two, were both gentleman and were honest with me.

I was blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch quality and outstanding service!

Everyone was very professional. They knew what they were doing on all their jobs. They were helpful towards me explaining everything in detail. It was outstanding service and that's why I'm getting a door put in to help cut things down. Now everything is working great. ACS don't run all the time. The roof's beautiful. Thank you very much
