I think they were highly professional, I think they are an example of what a contractor experience should be. They proved to be great quality, they are attentive, responsive, and I would highly recommend them to anybody. One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.
I would recommend Reborn Cabinets because they did exactly what we wanted. They were clean and courteous, we saw their products and selected what we wanted. Overall experience was very good, we love the finished product, and they are reputable company.

Makes dreaming up your latest project a breeze as they are able to handle everything from demo to final tile work and drywall. Staff is always friendly and willing to hear your concerns. Quality and warranty of product gives me the piece of mind that Reborn is invested in the projects they complete and are more interested in maintaining long-term relationships.
My overall experience with Reborn Cabinets was disappointing. I am not happy with their customer service. If I did not advocate for myself repeatedly, they would not have done anything about my dissatisfaction.
The salesperson, Lisa, was fabulous and did not pressure us. They did the job right the first time in two days. We were very impressed.
I am very happy with the final results. Reborn Cabinets seemed to be able to explain each part and the new valve they installed. They put shower head back in like I wanted and seemed to clean up after themselves as well. They did a good job there.
Reborn Cabinets is truly a phenomenal company, Christian-based, and true to their word. If they say they're going to do something, they do it. I got everything done in 3 weeks. Everybody was so professional, from beginning to end. They took good care of my home, everything was locked up and clean. I was just in awe, and the price was so reasonable.

My overall experience was very professional with Reborn Cabinets, Inc., starting with my designer planning out what we wanted to get done all the way to the installation of the product. They were able to plan out all the details and let me know on the schedule what needed to be available on what days. It was very organized. I knew when everything was going to happen and when people were going to be at my house working on it.

I am Sharon's husband, and much of my disappointment is because my wife is so disappointed. She spent a lot of time researching this project and had high hopes it would turn out really well. Lately, she has just said, let's just learn to live with it, but I don't feel that is fair.
Overall, Reborn Cabinets provided a professional and courteous experience. Would I use Reborn again? The answer to that is yes. I would use Reborn again.

Good project management team. End result with some frustration we are very happy with. They just needed to clear up some of the experience with making sure the customer is fully satisfied.
