I made the right choice in going with Reborn Cabinets. They have top of the line quality cabinets and fixtures. The staff were knowledgeable. The service was prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.
Two sides of the coin. Our experience was both good and bad. The salesman was helpful and seemed to know his stuff, but made a critical error in measurement that required the installer to relocate the shower drain to fit the pan. This added several hours to the installation. Had he followed the old adage about "measuring twice" we would not have had the problem that we did. Our installer was excellent and saved the day. He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what I expected. On the bad side again, customer follow-up and project management were way below expectations and need significant improvement. So, while I have a very nice shower installation, I would not be able to recommend Reborn at this time.

The way Reborn Cabinets kept our bathroom cleaned was very impressive, they kept everything from getting dusty. They put plastic up especially when they were doing demolition. Reborn Cabinets wiped and vacuumed everyday after they were finished.
Starting with the salesman everything was great. The salesman came on time, was very knowlegeable, and made us feel good about the services Reborn offers. The installer, Rene, was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installer completed the job on time and we were very happy with him. The office staff were very courteous as well. Reborn's customer relations is outstanding we would rate them all 4's. The lead guy, Joe, did an amazing followup with us. He made sure that the work was done to his expectations as well as ours.
M y husband and I went to the seminar that they provided at Reborne. We were provided with a wonderful explanation about how everything was done. We weren't pressured, they even showed us what to look for with other contractors. We were shown cabinets that had been refinished, or cabinets that had built from scratch. They looked exactly the same. It was the most convincing thing. We met the salesman, and worked with him until the work was actually done. The workers were great, and the team leader, Ron, finished up things that weren't perfect. He always had the answer and did work to stop a small leak with the plumbing. I would highly recommend what was done for us. Go to the seminar, you will learn more than you will ever know. It was worth the money.
