Even though I would have to evaluate the new shower as having been quite expensive, ultimately I felt okay about what I paid for it. Despite certain glitches, which I'll detail a bit below, I'm very happy with my new shower. It really does look great and the team that installed it got the job done in about 8 hours, start to finish, and left the place in very tidy condition.The glitches aren't huge deals, but they are:- Problems arranging for the in-home consultation; took almost two months for the appointment.- Original installation dates were Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day weekend; a holiday weekend? Really?- I didn't get a confirmation call by Friday confirming the Monday installation; I had to call Reborn for it.- After the installation, a small cover piece was found to be missing; I was told the piece would be located and delivered within the next few days; no word from anyone about it for over two weeks. I've finally been promised delivery of it a few more days from now.- I inquired about protective coating on my glass shower doors; was told a 'treatment kit' would be delivered to me; haven't seen it.- Very surprised that I didn't get any kind of follow-up from Reborn about the installation asking about my satisfaction or lack thereof. This survey wouldn't meet my expectation.- When I was finally able to ask someone about the problem of all the water spotting on the shower doors, I was told the care instructions were on the back of the contract; it didn't strike me as a very intuitive place to look for care and maintenance instructions; might have been a good idea for someone to bring that to my attention.Still, all in all, love the new shower.

Their work is excellent. The quality and management were great, and they were on-time. So far, they've tried to fix problems before they get out of hand. They are fixing my problem where they used rubber bumpers. The rubber takes the paint right off. I'm not happy with that, but they are working with me to restore it. However, their office staff is unaware of customer issues.
We were very pleased with the finished products for our bathroom remodel. All the installers/workers were very polite and professional. Our install went from 1 project to 2 projects, which were done together. Reborn handled everything in a timely manner once we all got on the same page. I would highly recommend Reborn to my family and friends. We were very satisfied.
Quality of the material provided as well as the craftmanship of the installers. Material's actual quality was better than what we had expected from the samples provided during our initial appointment with the salesperson. The installers were very experienced, completing the installation quickly and professionally.
After visiting their manufacturing facility one Saturday, we expected a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction for our kitchen renovation. Reborn lived up to their promise and all our expectations. I wanted very badly to like this company, but starting from the attitude of the rude man at the orange county marketplace (francisco?) who first set up the consult, it was nothing but a frustrating experience all the way through. My kitchen looks good, as long as I don't look too closely.

All went well at the start and continued most of the way through with a large snag. My new stove did not work and after 4 visits and 3 parts replacements by the appliance repair man, it was discovered that the man Reborn sent to install the cord connecting the stove to the wall plug had been incorrectly installed. When it was correctly installed, my stove worked just fine. I was without an oven for6 weeks because of this.It also took several calls to Mr. John Agee before my bar side counter top underside was finished right. It was left wide open with shims falling out and the raw wood showing. He insisted this was the way they always left them. I photo was taken and when he finally looked at it, he sent an email to a man to come out and finish it. He never contacted me, I only received a copy of the email It was finally finished and the man did a very nice job.
Overall, Reborn did a good job, enough that I would use them again. Most of the staff was professional, the quality of the product is excellent, most of the workers cleaned up after themselves, and they mostly kept on schedule. We had two delays. My biggest complaint was that the project started 3 weeks later than it was supposed to. Without going into all the details of that delay, I would suggest that if you use Reborn, you ask lots of questions and make sure you are really clear as to the time frame for the process (that is, even the process before the project actually starts). Another part that got off schedule was not Reborn's fault, but the fact that my vent hood arrived dented and that caused the following parts of the job to also be delayed. But our 3.5-week complete kitchen remodel only went over by one week. I did like the online portal which showed what would be happening each day of the job and that I could see the schedule from beginning to end even before the project began. They also call you every day to tell you when the workers will arrive the following day. And they usually give you a 2-hour window, which is so much better than the usual 4-hour window. And on almost every occasion, they arrived right at the beginning of that window. My biggest complaint was that the communication (when questions or issues did arise) could have been better. But again, overall it went well and I would use them again.
We were very satisfied and so impressed with the professionalism of the subcontractors. They were just amazing. Every time I walk into my bathroom it makes me smile.
My kitchen counter was the original counter when this condominium was built 40 years ago. The white tile and grout were ugly and stained. Along the years it has gone through very poor revisions. Reborn made my little kitchen look a hundred times better.
