GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
The installers were excellent. They did an excellent job installing my cabinets. However, I did not like the pay arrangement I was subjected to. I had to pay 85% of cost before I saw any evidence of work. There was a job delay and I felt I had been scanned -thus this made me feel very unhappy. The problem was resolved and I did receive my refacing as ordered.
We felt it took longer the first time the worker (we were told that 2 workers would be doing the jobs) came to work on the master bathroom. He was courteous, and worked very hard he said something about finishing the work by himself. After seeing all the work he had to do we didn't so. He worked continuously till 6:30 pm, didn't finish. The next day they (2 workers) came and an it took them the whole day to finish the master bathroom shower. When they left they didn't that the plastic wraps they placed around the toilet bowl or the towel rack. When I went to use the restroom I notice the wrap around the toilet. I tried removing the plastic as easily as I could but the dust started flying, I use my water mist bottle to keep the dust down, but it went all over the rooms and into my mouth. Behind the bathroom door it was full of the dust from the the work including; screws, pieces of plastic and a pile of the dust.According to the workers they said they would be back on Monday morning at 9:00 am. Monday we waited and waited no courtesy calls nothing from anyone. Finally my husband called and an it sounded as if the person that answered the call didn't know either where they were at and finish by saying something about the workers getting stuck on the freeway. The workers got here after 12:30 pm by then my husband and an I had decided to turn them away. My husband told asked why they didn't give us a courteous call. My husband didn't want them working very late into the evening. One of the workers's kept insisting that it wasn't their fault that they had a work training class. My husband asked again why didn't someone call us, especially them. They finally agreed that they should have made that call. As they were leaving they decided to leave the supplies for the hallway bathroom and that they would be back the next day at 7:30. My husband had them put the staff in the garage not outside as they had plan to do. The next day they got here at 7:30 am started working they did finish late in the evening but this time they completed the whole bathroom including the cleaning. I did ask one of the workers to remove the plastic from my clean towels (master bathroom) and he did.
