The installation and quality of materials are excellent but the customer service needs improvement.
The salesman purposely slid the 3 day cancellation policy to the side quickly and did not explain my rights. Although the work was done well and high quality, because of the unethical salesman I will be taking future business elsewhere.
NONE... I didn't think the job could be done with only two (2) workers, but they handled it perfectly. All precautions were taken to keep the walkways they used clean and safe.They kept me informed at all times of their activities and progress. Upon completion of the project, the item was tested and deemed perfect. The area was cleaned up and you would never know they had been there.

This was my second experience with Reborn. I called them back due to their excellent job on the first half of my kitchen. The second half went just as well. Reborn stays on schedule, does quality work, and keeps the work area clean and safe. The quality is excellent.and the end result is beautiful.

Eddie, your salesman, lives nearby, and was very accommodating. He accompanied us to Lowe's where I picked out the shade of yellow I thought I wanted. The next day I had a change of heart about the shade I'd picked, and called Eddie. No problem. He drove to our house and picked up the new color sample.
My husband and I are both 77, and didn't want a long, drawn out process, but did want our kitchen refreshed. It took four full days from start to finish, with the work crew working solidly all four days. We were only slightly inconvenienced, and every morning when I walk into the kitchen it was well worth the four days.

He showed us his product, explained the procedure, didn't use strong-arm tactics, (we wouldn't have the new cabinets if he had) and made us feel we'd made the right choice in using Reborn Cabinets. Also, Ron, project manager, whom we never met but dealt with online and by phone. I wish I remembered his last name.
Everyone we dealt with at Reborn Cabinets was courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The finished project exceeded our expectations. We had a problem with our microwave overheating after the trim was installed, and a pair of workmen arrived without tools or ability to fix the problem, and suggested to my husband what he could do to remedy the situation. Unacceptable. Ron, our project manager, took care of the problem immediately. So - one minor irritation but perfection otherwise!

Lisa Saunder was great. She walked us through until the construction started and even went to the granite site with us to help us pick out our product. Nestor also showed he really cared and even came out to resolve our issues himself.
