We were designing something for someone with disabilities, and Harth Builders knew how to translate our needs into something we think will work well for our kid. We are grateful that Harth Builders could do what they did, and it was really helpful.

Accurate cost estimating throughout a design would improve the experience. Additionally, provide line item estimating for change orders so clients do not feel "bait and switched".

They were very responsive and provided excellent quality.

They are dependable and trustworthy people, and I would recommend them.

We used their handyman service to install grab bars and a bathroom fan and the job was all done week and a half after we scheduled it. Communation all the way was great, as was the process from estimate to completion. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the job.

More transparency with pricing and timeline

All of the pre-work items such as site visit, proposals, etc. were excellent. The work, itself, was also excellent as was our interactions with the workers during the job. The communication during pre-work and on-site scheduling left quite a bit to be desired as we never once heard from the scheduling staff and had to phone repeatedly to get scheduling answers. That is reflected in my responses to "Communication" and "Professional & Organized" below.

We had a great experience with Harth, from the initial design phase through construction and completion. Everyone was knowledgeable, creative and just great to work with.
