We have spent a lot of money with Power. Roof/siding/doors, and most recently windows. Roof singles loose, siding falling off, and the door has a large gap at the bottom letting In cold air. Most recently the window guys were sloppy, breaking wood around trim, gauging wood trim, a dozen screws left behind on the floor we keep finding. Lastly, the lead guy has a very deep accent, very hard to understand. Not good when you have questions.

They do quality work, take care of everything, are very attentive, and cleanup.

Pricing is on the expensive side, and at the time of completing this survey I’m still unsure whether the window quality will continue to perform for years to come as indicated (such as reducing electric bills, keeping the home cool/warm, and providing noise reduction). The lifetime warranty is reassuring, but I would have appreciated more options in colors and styles. I also would have liked an exterior reflective option for privacy, as the blurred/frosted window style still allows visibility into the home

Everyone that I met with from the saleswoman, to the installers, and the project managers were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They were thorough with the cleanup and showed me how everything works. The price I was quoted is the price I received upon completion with no extras added. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend Power to others looking for home improvement.

They were very efficient. I like the windows. My husband just got out of the hospital, and the workers were very helpful moving the furniture, which I know they had wanted us to do ahead of time, but we couldn't do it.

Sales Tactics were entirely too aggressive and QA person did the same thing I complained to her about regarding my salesperson.

Their technical service is excellent, and the pricing was very competitive.

Nobody ever came back out to follow up after the window installation. There was supposed to be a gentleman who had scheduled an appointment with us. My granddaughter was in a car accident, and we had to reschedule. They never came back out to show me how to open the windows and clean them. Their window time slots for appointments, most of them never made it on time, not even close. The window people were fine, but everybody else never showed up close to their time slots. They also cracked my ceiling, which we have since gotten fixed. That was quite a fiasco. The first set of people who came out caulked up the large crack and were thinking they would leave it that way. The second set of people who came out were not prepared to do any of the work, and they were late. They were supposed to call on the final day to let us know when they were coming, but they never did call. They just showed up at the house. They did get the work completed and fixed, finally.

The early arrival and teamwork of the crew. They did everything possible to remove any debris and respected the property.

The work was very good, and the salesman was really nice. The issue we had was that we got rescheduled 3 times, and we were on their schedule and had to make it.
