They arrived on time and began to work. The men were friendly and professional and did an excellent job of installing new windows. They cleaned up and put everything in place. What more do you want from your employees? Thank you for the job they did.

Power did good, but the only thing is that when Power cut my window out, they left a crack in my wall. I was supposed to have someone call me back about that. The windows are nice, and the soundproofing is good. I wish that I knew they had black frames.

The were on time, were professional and cleaned up the worksite when they completed the installation. after completing the installation, the men who installed the windows walked us by each window showed us how they operated and asked if we were pleased with their work. After having a brand new roof installed, there is a leak. A roofer came out once to repair it, but it is still leaking. Hopefully this is rectified soon. A project manager is supposed to be here tomorrow.

Handrails were dinged up paint chips, ceiling going into the basement was hit The install appearance looks well, but if you watch them install, they are butchering these brand new doors and windows up to make them fit. What is the point of coming out to measure if you’re going to chop the living **** out of my brand, new door jam also we had the wrong glass above the front door installed. None of that was gone over before they ripped the old one out at that point we already had a hole in front of the house. What else could we do gotten windows in the past and was somewhat satisfied it seems like they do not bring enough sealant to seal around the windows. Some spots are pretty **** light I guess once it runs out it’s out they’re not opening another key and one can per window. I guess no matter what really had high hopes after the windows but the doors did not come out as well

The process was very thorough, you don’t tend to get that especially with a national company. Wanting to speak with both parties of the home was also good. My main issue were gutters and a small portion of siding that I was interested in getting fixed. The salesman came out, told him my concerns, he looked over my home and garage, shared his thoughts, highlighted the company’s products and had estimates. We eventually went with gutters. So far so good.

Very professional. They show up when they say they will and finish the job in the time stated. They do quality work in a timely manner.
