From start to finish the service we received was outstanding!

I would not recommend this company mainly even though they didn’t do a good job in the beginning and they fixed the issues, but they still didn’t do the job that I would ever had paid that kind of money for. If they were willing to take money off of the amount, then I might be more likely to recommend them because that way I feel like they worked with me and listened to me. I sent Darius out to listen to my concerns and then they said they’ll come out and redo the bad work which I appreciate but they said they’d have to hold off on the gutters and then the next day I was gone I came home and the gutters were up and they didn’t do what they said they were gonna do. They were supposed to fix it and then put the gutters up so there was a lot of communication breakdown. . And I still think somebody should’ve came out and looked at the Work after the final sign off. Like I said in the end, I felt like all they wanted was their money..

It is too expensive to be a five.

I have been talking to the local people about a window installation, and they know how I feel about this. I reluctantly agreed to have two big windows installed on the front of my house. I had planned to do it for a long time, but never had a good reason to since I am old and am going to die. If you die, the windows you put in your house won't mean anything. I was astonished with how competent, respectful and easy to work with the crew was. The crew was held up on the day of my install with their very first job of the day. They kept me informed, and I was willing to push it back if needed, but they told me they would be here. They showed up late in the day on Saturday, when most people are done working. This crew of 2 showed up about dinner time, they went right to work and did a fine job. They were easy to work with. I was astonished you could make your crew work overtime on a Saturday and they would still have such a good attitude about it. The quality control manager came to see me the next day, and I was not going to get the roof done, but from the experience I had with the window crew, I changed my mind. Lo and behold, tomorrow the roofing crew will show up. The window install went so well that it encouraged me to do more business with Power. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and competency of the crew, and their customer service was a positive experience. I feel confident and am a big fan of Power. Pay a little extra, frankly, and have Power do the job for you.

They were responsive. The set schedule and timeline were met. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Within a couple of days of having my sliding glass door installed, I was telling my nail technician about it. I have already recommended Power to someone and she also wants a sliding glass door because she does not like her conversion door either.

How everything was explained to us with clarity

They did a good job.

The work itself appears to have been done well: kudos to the laborers doing the actual work (particularly the roofing crew). However, we didn’t like the fact that the workers were here for more than 12 hours on the 2nd day (too long for that kind of work). It seems that the job should have been estimated for 2-3 days for the roof (not 1 day as we were originally told). Lack of and/or inconsistent communication from the site supervisors and the project manager is another reason.

Didn’t get a permit for putting the windows in. It got shut down for a couple hours. And now code compliance is sending us more letters saying we need to trim our trees. I have never had an issue with code compliance in almost 30 years. I’ve lived here.

Good qualitywork

They were very professional and on time. They do excatly what they say they are going to do.

Did not advise us that they use subcontractors. The workers on site were not receptive when doing final check on completion. They pretended not to understand English and talked about us thinking we did not understand Spanish. WE DO. We were told a Power supervisor would be on site for the roof install. They were not. We were told they would use a magnetic tool to locate any nails that fell. They had no such tool and left nails on the ground. I have twice requested the warranty and final paperwork by email and have not received it. Sent the email to John S.
