It is too soon to tell whether or not I am saving energy. They told me that my heating bill would be much less, but I am not sure yet.

The only issue I had was the gutter installation. It didn't seem to be very professionally installed. For example, when they were connecting the two pieces, from what I've seen in the past, they crimp the male piece to slide into the female piece. But in this case they just tried to bend and shove it in without any crimping.

Power was a great company to work with. All of their team members were very professional and very nice to work with. They gave kind of a personal touch to their ability. They were very personable and very sympathetic to everything. They were very good about everything!

They use a lot of pressure to get you to sign up. I don't think it's necessary. We had the roof done in 2012. We had new siding in 2018. Now they are saying that I need new siding too. That's a big expense. Roofers don't know anything about siding. He said that there was mold behind our siding. I don't know how anything would have gotten behind the siding because siding is put on from the bottom up, so nothing can get into it. The rainwater goes straight down.

They were able to work with us on financing. When a date was set for the work to be done it was done that day. The people that came a did the work were very professional.

I liked how professional everyone was and explained everything as they went along.

From the in-home estimate (which happened the day I called for an estimate) to completion, Power was super professional with excellent customer service and top-notch products (I had both windows and attic insulation done).

Fabrication of the new windows was very quick compared to other companies. Installation was done quickly and with as little disruption and mess considering what had to be done.
