Communication isnt great. I never get a call back. My driveway is still damaged and I haven't heard back on that. And then inconsistencies across the board from different people saying different things. We were quoted whatever for our roof but they never did the flat part of the roof. Wouldn't that lower the cost? I love the way it looks but very difficult process. And I couldn't even communicate with the laborers because they didnt speak english. I could sort of the second day but that was it.

Sean and his crew are a great team. Got the work done, cleaned up after putting up the windows. They answered any questions I had. Great communication.

Four of my new windows had condensation in between the double pane glass. That was not even nine days after installment. I had to call four times and three different days in one week to try to get someone to help me. They’re trying to tell me this is normal and there’s nothing wrong with the windows. I don’t believe this is true. They finally set up a service appointment for me, but not until September. For my free Estimate and installation appointments, they were immediate. They cashed my check quickly. Since the installment of the windows, nobody has reached out to me to see if I was satisfied or come check the work. I would never refer this company to my worst enemy, They take your business take your money and then they forget about you.

It's been good working with them. I had two jobs done with them. They replaced all of my windows and exterior doors. That went very well and I had the insulation done in the attic. I think that looks pretty good right now. I am very pleased with it.

We learned about Power Home Remodeling at the AZ Home Show. The representative spoke with us in a casual, informative way and explained the company without using an over-the-top sales pitch. We figured it couldn’t hurt to get a free quote. The in-home presentation was also very well organized, especially with the helpful visual aids they used throughout.
