We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Marty handled our bathroom retiling project. He coordinated with tile supplier and tile installer. He prepped house with floor protection and made sure house was cleaned daily. I would recommend him for any home remodeling project.

I was impressed by the timely responses to requests for quotes and the scheduling of work. The work was done in a timely, and expert manner. There were no problems and they even fixed a problem caused by another trade. Everything was explained as to what was needed and why and the work that would be done.

We shopped around at first. Their prices were comparable to the other quotes that we received. We were very happy with the flooring construction that we got.

He brings well qualified subcontractors to the job; and does a good job of coordinating their activities. Keeps me appraised of the schedule as the project progresses. He is a hands-on contractor who pays attention to detail, insists that things be done "right", and provides a high quality finished product.

Mr Brummel installed crown moulding in my family room with a cathedral ceiling. I wanted someone who could solve the complex installation problems presented by odd angles of wall and ceiling joints and do a very high quality job. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Marty did a super job for us. His workmanship and cleanliness was awesome. He coordinated all the projects and sub contractors to complete projects quickly. All the work exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him for any project!

I had Marty add a room on to my home several years ago and he did a great work, so when I decided to remodel the bathroom I was glad he was able to work for me again. He is trustworthy, stays on the job, checks up on the work any subcontractor does, made sure everything met my approval.

Working with Marty was a pleasure. Disruption within the house during the project was kept to a minimum. And he worked very well with the subcontractors to get things accomplished.

Sorry, I have never heard of it. Ipe is very nice, but a bit expensive. Keep in mind, sometimes you get what you pay for.
