GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
As with all builders as soon as they got your money...Had to wait two months for them to landscape my yard. While I watched them finish and landscape the neighboring yard. Contractors stored construction equipment in my yard. Drove through my back yard like it was I-15. Piled garbage and construction debris still litters my yard from their homemade trash system.
Working with Jeff Macfarlane made building a home with McArthur Homes so easy. He was so helpful and never excused any of our concerns as too small or trivial. He was very direct in answering our questions and honest about how much things were going to cost or how long things would take. We never felt tricked or lied to and he didn't pressure or guilt us into any of our decisions. We were surprised to find out that building a home could cost just as much as many of the used homes already on the market that were 5-10 years old. We feel like we got in a great location, on a great lot, in an amazing house. We wouldn't change a thing. Seriously!
I built my house out herriman, UT. The house looks great and there are no major issues. All my visitors really love the house. These guys actually completed in 3.5 months from the day they start. I think their upgrades are very expensive, but there will be a trade-off with other standard features such as a 9feet ceiling, quality water heater etc...
Great experience with McArthur Homes! They were quick to answer all my questions. Jeff was extremely helpful and was always quick to answer and help with any text message or email I sent him. Building materials and worksmanship are great quality. We went through a similar process with our previous home and McArthur was head and shoulders above that. I would refer McArthur Homes to my friends and family.
