Global Home Improvement wants all homeowners to discover innovation in home renovation with the best products on the market such as; Standing Seam Metal Roofing, James Hardie Siding and Fiberglass Windows! More
GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
Purchasing windows is somewhat stressful. However, I found dealing with Global to be relatively stress-free. My installer, Dimitriy, did a phenomenal job from measuring for the window size to the actual installation. Both he and his partner worked diligently to complete the installation within the given timeframe. The quality of workmanship was outstanding.
I paid an inflated $ 8,610 for my front steps that I don't like! I feel that the change of materials was shoved down my throat. Yes, Mark, the project manager explained that change of materials would mean sturdier front steps. But before that explanation, it seemed Mark's crew was ready with the materials. The first time Jerry & John (sub contractors?) surveyed the project, Jerry was already in disagreement with me when I said I wanted all bricks and lime stone was only for the two walls. These were the materials that I signed for with sales rep, Vincent for the above quote. True, I gave Mark the go signal (reluctantly!) after his explanation but I was in for more unpleasant surprises. His crew started working but I did not realize what had been done until I saw that the limestone for the landing was cut in smaller awkward pieces and secured already with concrete! In my opinion, it is ugly! The limestone on the first step was also cut in the middle. I didn't realize also that brick veneer will be used, although Mark said that he had mentioned it to me. Maybe he did, but I didn't understand him. To tell you frankly, I feel I've been shortchanged. I wanted the front steps to have the charm to match the farm house/craftsman style that I'm going for. I've been trying to convince myself that I can like it because it's almost done but, in all honesty, I cannot! I was very satisfied with the roof project that they did in 2014 but very disappointed with this one! It was expensive for the materials used and workmanship of a same sized front steps that just needed rebuilding.
I was impressed with Global's professionalism in all areas of the job. Our project manager, Mark, was responsive and available even though he was not always on site. Ziggy and his crew were polite and worked hard. We had a complicated job of removing old stucco off the entire house, and replaceing it with Hardie plank along with new soffits and gutters. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project our home might need.
The project manager will call and meet with you as many times as you wish until you are satisfied he understands your requirements. You can always call the Global Home Improvement office and the ladies are knowledgeable about your project and they put you in touch with your project manage quickly. You simply cannot go wrong using Global Home Improvement. I will have them back to install a new roof on my main house.
I had been putting off replacing my upstairs windows for years, simply because of the anticipated mess and painting that I expected to have to do when the job was completed. What a pleasant surprise. The house looks cleaner and neater than before they arrived, both inside and out. No work on part.Wish I had done this sooner.
