Keep up the good work!

The entire team was exceptional. I am a very demanding person and probably difficult to deal with regarding my expectations. It took a lot of patience on the builder's part to give me a great home. I appreciate Steve, Mark, Kris, Jimmy, and Louann.......the entire team for building us a home which we will enjoy greatly.

Windsong was willing to research and use some different energy efficient insulation techniques.

I think I have died and have gone to heaven. We just got out of a three story house and into this one story.

I think they have done a good job. I love our house. I love it more than any house I have ever lived in.

They have done a beautiful job for us. They are good people who truly want to please you. Lauren just can't do enough to help. In fact, I had a problem this morning, and she knew that I had to attend two funerals today, and so they have already come and taken care of the problem. You don't get that all the time. They are just a beautiful team, and I think they will go far.

Steve, Mark, Lauren, and Mike have all been so generous with their time and effort. Steve really worked with me with some difficulties in the very beginning. Mark has been just so easy to work with. Lauren comes to your rescue with everything. Mike runs to your house and does whatever he can. They were all four wonderful - they are a good team.

It was a good experience. We love our house and feel we got a good value for our money. They were delightful to work with.

They have made my life easier already.

I am very impressed with their product. It is exactly what I was looking for. The construction and the layout is fantastic. I was looking for a maintenance free exterior and that was nice to find. I was given a direct person to contact if there are any future issues and I greatly appreciate their set up.

I interacted withMicki, Steve, Mike, Mark and Lauren. They were all wonderful to work with I especially appreciated the time that they were always willing to give me. It was clear that everyone had "a great desire to meet and exceed expectations."

In regards to the house, I do not think that Windsong Properties could do anything better.

The whole thing was wonderful experience because of Mike, Mark and Steve. Mike is the most conscientious person I have ever met, I would recommend them to anybody.

No, I really don't. They far surpassed our expectations in delivering what they promised, on time and standing behind it. It was a better experience than what I was expecting, they are just wonderful people.

Well I would say continue to do the good work and finish the properties in the subdivision.

Have not had warranty issues to date. Based on how other items have been handled, I am confident any warranty issues would be handled satisfactorily.

Windsong is one of the best developments I've ever lived in. I'm 75 years old and I've lived in other developments, but we've never dealt with people like this. They are unbelievable. They are intelligent, and honest and we are extremely happy here. All of my friends and us have a lot of fun here.

Everyone on staff is so friendly and yet professional. I love the neighborhood because everyone is outgoing and friendly and I still have a detached home with a very private courtyard. It's the best adult living home in the Atlanta area.

They are exceptional! I cannot think of anything to make them better, unless they want to pay off my house!

Just keep doing what you're doing!

Everyone we have worked with has been outstanding. Our first contact was with Joyce at the Somerset site. We stayed in contact using the internet website and visited Windsong in January 2010. Prior to visiting the site, Kris provided us with information about land and house options. Kris was very helpful in guiding us from our 'under contract' phase to the closing. We met Jimmy, Mark, and Steve and were impressed with their dedication to meeting our needs. We have nothing but high praise for the entire workforce at Windsong.

We really look forward to many years on Social Cove. Though I am not retired yet, I don't have too many years left to go, and I'm saving up a lot of rib punches for those guys who give me a hard time right now about me getting up at 4:30 am every morning to catch the bus downtown. One day I'll have my fun, as the song says, and it will be my turn to sleep in until 7:00 am every morning, and sit on the porch with the rest of them, drinking coffee and watching the turkeys down in the valley (if there is any valley left by then). But, like I said, I'll have my fun, and I have plenty of plans, and they don't include sitting around on the porch, but they do include loving living at Windsong, "Where Life's a Breeze!"

Are you kidding, how could I mess with perfection? No, really, things seem to be working very well, if I was going to suggest anything, it would be to continue focusing on staying the way you are right now. If you are considering growing, do so carefully and with only people who are of the same caliber as those who are now involved, but don't overburden your existing people. You know what they can do, but keep up their level of workmanship and expertise!

There are many, but here are four to start with:Kris Johnson; Jimmy Coxe; Steve Romeyn; and Lauren Merritt. Each of these people in their own way, serve to make Windsong Properties a place that is not only weathering the storm during a time when others are sinking, but they are performing heads and shoulders above any others that we saw while searching for a home in the Atlanta Metro area.

Keep up the excellent work! They are wonderful.

It may seem like someone couldn't really be this good, but they really were.

Any time I needed to speak with Kris, she responded well and made me feel that I was the only customer she had. She made me feel at ease and always answered my questions to my satisfaction.Jimmy has been great. He explains well and seems to enjoy his job.Steve & Mark are very responsive. They all work together to provide the best experience for the homeowner.

These homes are designed to make life easier without being obvious in the accessibility. I came with some special needs and they have all been very accomodating in meeting those needs in this already acccessible home.

I did not think a team this great existed!
