My experience with System Pavers was excellent from the beginning on. They are easy to negotiate with and when it came to doing the work on site, the staff were on time everyday. They worked from sun up to sun down. I do work in the construction industry and I have seen a lot of contractors out there, and the way this was handled was very impressive. I will definitely consider using them in the future.
The crew that did all of the work were wonderful. They helped with the removal of patio furniture. As no heavy equipment would fit into the bak yard, all of the cement that was removed had to be taken out in wheel barrows. All of this as well as the front and side demolition was dome in less tha a day. They were amazing.

I love the look of my patio. Prior to the work the patio was poorly constructed and had no drainage prior to the work. The faux stamped concrete look cheap. My poor dog had to go wading to get from the patio to the grass after a rain. Now it looks professionally done and my dog can go about his business without going for a swim to get to the grass.

Very good work crew. They worked 9 to 10 hour days in a hot time of year. Everyone involved with the project was very professional. Everyone had good customer focus. You need to stay on site in case there is a question regarding the plans or foundational work. You can find lower prices for your project with independent contractors. However, they will probably not be able to arrange financing if that is how you can afford the project. Be sure you understand your project very well because change orders can be numerous and expensive.
In the overall experience, everyone was great. They are very professional. We loved working with them, and having them in our home. I expected it to take longer, but it only took two days. Overall they did a great job, and we are very satisfied.

Joel's introductory statement was "My job is to make sure your job turns out just the way you want it." That's what he did with impressive competence and exemplary character. He fixed extra things without being asked: 1.) He fixed loose steps on a previous job. 2.) Rusted wrought iron fencing bars for dog's safety. He created a staircase pattern which transitioned beautifully between two colors of pavers we used, one on the pool deck and one on the driveway. A stellar person to have overseeing your job.

i think the synthetic turf is the right thing to do. no watering, no mowing, no chemicals, no weeds. i love looking at the "grass" and the peace it gives me. many people have commented on how great and real it looks.

We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of System Pavers's application.
Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
