My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with this project. For a year, we debated on how to widen our driveway to accommodate two cars comfortably. We thought about concrete for the driveway widening and how we could tie the existing front hardscapes together. When Chris Smuda came to give us an introduction and estimate, he walked us through the process of changing out the entire hardscape including the concrete front-door stoop and step, the planter that was partially retained with red brick, and the walkway on the side of the house. Without much in the way of "sales pressure," we were able to pick out a product that was aesthetically pleasing, Another concern that was addressed to our saftisfaction was the drainage. The driveway slopes toward our house and everytime it rained, prior to SystemPavers, there would be a large puddle across the front of our garage. SystemPavers installed a drainage gutter across the front of our garage and they tied in three water downspouts to the new drainage system. During the recents rains we saw no evidence of puddling anywhere on the newly installed system. The pavers we chose look great in wet or dry weather, and we could not be more pleased with the project.

We had an excellent interaction from top to bottom. The first relationship was with Peter Smith who clearly was interested in working with us to find a solution to the various challenges we had, yet be sensitive to our budget. He presented very solid alternatives, and through that process we were able to find a way to structure the job to make a win-win for everyone (us, and System Pavers).The work phase was led by the esteemed Don Durham who aside from being knowledgeable, also is clearly very good with people. He handled all of questions to the right level of detail, provided us alternatives, gave guidance and was able to seamlessly adjust the job to handle a few change orders. His relationship with the various on-site folk was also a nice thing to see. He had a great relationship with the job foreman (Jon - amazing fellow) and the gang. It's nice to see people who like to work with each other. No yelling, no confusion. At every step of the way, I felt the team knew what they were executing and the questions about choices were all appropriate and considerate.Honestly, doesn't happen very often to work with folks who know their craft. We had driveway/patio, a small retaining wall, a porch and artificial grass. And System Pavers took care of it all - in an absurdly short period of time - (8 days or so?) High quality, fast, good people. Can't say enough.

Bill Guthrie, Design Consultant for System Pavers, came out to give me an estimate on a small paver job that I was looking into. He was very professional and gave me additional ideas on what I could do. He had a sample of all the pavers the Company carries and we put up various colors around to see what worked best. He was very accommodating about what I needed and, due to other commitments I had, was able to extend the 3 day contract period while I talked to the City regarding paver wall issues. Some items were changed from my original plan and the cost estimate was adjusted for this. I can't be more please with my interaction with Bill. I would recommend his services to anyone.I was filling up my paver flower bed with dirt when I noticed a loose paver. I sent an e-mail to the Field Supervisor, Don Durham, on December 27th at 7:06pm and was very surprised to receive an answer back at 7:14pm the same evening. The loose paver was fixed the following morning at 8:30am. I wish more Companies would respond this quickly! Many Thanks!

My experience with System Pavers was unique in that it's the first home improvement project that was accomplished without any suprises or glitches! The work was done efficiently, quickly, professionally, and most of all, we love the look of it. We had a front patio built to relace a shabby lawn that had required tons of work to keep looking decent. The patio has enhanced our modest home, and solved a huge problem with a lawn that just wouldn't grow and was getting uglier every year. What can I say. They really did take my sad, old, tired driveway walkway and court yard and turned them into a beautiful space! I am the envy of my neighborhood. I am amazed at all the hard work that went into the creation of my space. The crew was super hard working and a special thanks to Eric and Jesus, and the rest of the crew. I'm impressed by their teamwork and how well coordinated the job was. Jesus worked with me directly to work out any of the fine details, making sure that I was happy and that it met his strict standards. He is an artist with stone. Eric the field supervisor was either there or very easily reached when ever we needed him and was very responsive. My neighbors were impressed by the coordination at which the trucks came and hauled the debris away and everyone was impressed with the results and that it only took a week to complete.

He brought many samples for us to choose from. He also had a good eye for helping us design our back yard and gave good suggestions that we used for our project.
