The real test of a company is the response when there is a problem with the project. We had such a problem. Systems Pavers responded quickly and effectively to make the project perfect. It is exactly as I envisioned it.

We are very happy with our back yard transformation. We spend even more time outdoors than before. The salesperson was pleasant to work with and helpful with design ideas. We highly recommend the use of circle kits! We have a 16 foot circle which accents two very tall columns, the focal point of our yard. The pavers are compatible with the stone outdoor kitchen we had installed after the project was completed. For areas that will require lighting, we recommend addressing wiring, installation, and price at the outset. We want lighting, but the price is much more than we expected and will need to postpone purchasing the lighting that will make our yard exceptional.

Joe the salesperson who showed us the quality of work, was professional, friendly and answered all questions and concerns that we had. He understood our tight budget and was able to work with that and exceeded my expectations of the completed work. Erik the foreman on the job kept us informed of all progress and when problems arose let us know about it right away. When we had a problem we called Erik and he was friendly and helpful and all concerns were fixed quickly.

System Pavers has a high pressure sales' pitch, not unlike dealing with a used car salesman. However, System Pavers' relationship with GE and the ability to offer financing was irresistible.
We impressed with the help Joe Gurski [salesperson] gave us on the design and colors. They did exactly what they said they would do. They said two day and it only took two days. It looks good and we'd use them again.
I was worried that they wouldn't be able to accommodate us since it took a while for us to get our HOA approval and summer was fast approaching, their busiest time. System Pavers proved that they are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customer needs by scheduling the work at our most convenient time. Work was scheduled a week after I made the call and we are very pleased with the work they've done. The estimated time of 4 days only took them 3 days. Their professionalism and dedication showed through their good customer service and the product of their work which is something that's not common in most contract companies nowadays. And that hard work and good product is very much appreciated.

6 years ago we decided to replace our concrete driveway with pavers. We asked "System Pavers" to do it. We have been so impressed with the result that we now asked SP to redo our back yard as well. We could not stand any more our cracked concrete, water drainage problem and ugly looking, high maintenance acrylic surface. Thanks to SP we now have low maintenance, beautiful pavers all around our swimming pool, new efficient drainage system, new retaining wall etc.We fill like we moved to a new house and we are gladly spending more time in our back yard than ever before.We heartily recommend SP to anyone who understands advantage of pavers comparing to any other hard surface. As a new homeowner with a decent size backyard to work with, I hesitated on finding the right company to help me decide what to do with it. System Pavers exceeded my expectations and worked with my budget to come up with an awesome patio to entertain and relax. I would totally use System Pavers again.
I would recommend System Pavers for any paving job. I would add a provision that the scope of the work is defined precisely, prior to the beginning of the work.
I feel that System Pavers did not fulfill their contract as far as supplies. I don't think they followed the blue print that they should of. The two people that went over what I wanted initially, never came back and never were here again. Those two people never came back.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
