I recently had System Pavers resurface my driveway and patio. From the start, their salesman was personable and took his time to show me what options were available based on my square footage. He showed me lots of pictures and gave me addresses of recently completed jobs with the pavers I was considering so I could see them in person. I was able to modify the design prior to starting the project. The crew and supervisor were personable and answered all my questions. The crew was quick and cleaned up the site every day. They had solutions to any problems un-earthed during the process. During demolition, a water leak was found. The project was delayed for 2 days allowing the ground to dry out before resuming the project. I was glad they found the leak and fixed it before laying the pavers. They also put in root guards to help prevent my neighbor's tree roots from lifting the pavers like it did to my old cracked concrete driveway. I get compliments from my neighbors about how attractive my driveway is now. I wish I had done this project earlier.
This was a paving stone project and this is my third project with System Pavers. I can trust them to use very good materials and the project is scheduled as I need it to be. There is excellent oversight by the project manager. It is a job well done for a fair price.
I would hire System Pavers for paver work any day !I would recommend someone else who specializes in turf for that line of work .Especially for how expensive turf is. If I had the choice to go back I would have not done the turf.Too many foot holes, unevenness, buckling and it's too darn hot when the sun beats on it all day.

We would highly recommend System Pavers. Six months ago they replaced our driveway and walkway/stairs to the front door. We especially appreciated their input in widening the stairs and curving them. I had a horrible experience with System Pavers. I am completely unsatisified. The project is complete. It's done. Hopefully the memory of the hassles, unfullilled promises, misleading information, and unnecessary damage to my home will fade with time. At some point in the future I hope to look at my project and only see nice pavers without the memories of the rocky road it took to get there.
I was looking forward to having our walkway done but found out to late I went with the wrong company. Matt (the first person we met with) told us about the financing they offered; when asked if there were any fees with this plan he answered no. However, after my husband did the math he found it didn't add up. He contacted Matt at which point he disclosed that there is a 13% fee that System Pavers passes on to the customer from Green Sky. Not being upfront about this is unethical! My husband contacted corporate twice about the financing and never heard back. Local management wasn't any better. Our project manager Eugene (he was the only person that would return calls or communicate with us)told us his boss would call us the following day, but it took the manager four more days to contact us. They told us it would be four weeks before our project would start, but they ended up having an opening the following day and told us they would be out to do a walk through. There was no walk through, the crew was working in our yard before we even knew they were there, they didn't wait for our gas and cable lines to be marked before digging, timeline wasn't met, and customer service was terrible. The crew had to come out and fix a corner that was suppose to be round, but over all the walkway turned out nice. The project isn't even a month old and there are 2 pavers lose, which I will be calling to have fixed. The warranty is what sold me on this company and is the only benefit; however knowing what I know now about how they practice business I will never use them again and would not recommend them.
System Pavers recently completed work on our two courtyards. I heard Larry Green's (CEO, System Pavers) enthusiastic pitch on building custom BBQs on KGO 810. Since I wanted a built-in BBQ in one of our courtyards I called them and a meeting was promptly set up with their local designer, David McCuen. The work started immediately. Peter Kent (project manager) and Yasmany (foreman) were very hardworking and efficiently saw the project to fruition. The finished project looks good.We have an outdoor kitchen in one and a firepit in the other courtyard. This project has left a hole in our pocket. However, I am satisfied with the end result and hope to enjoy it for years to come, hassel-free.
We were pleased with the salesmanship and the organization and the installation and I thought Daniel was very helpful in terms of looking at the house and coming up with a design that was different and fitting for our house and he followed through on it.
The contractors worked very efficiently and professionally in every way and completed all work on time. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. John McCabe in sales went out of his way to explain everything and to ensure that every design detail was as we requested. Leno the manager made sure that all our questions were answered. We were especially impressed by crew chief Rigo and his entire crew who were perfectionists and obviously take great pride in their work. The results are a testament to their skill and artistry.
System Pavers has gone above and beyond to create a low maintenance patio with an excellent appearance. Your neighbors WILL be jealous, and I would easily recommend the company to a friend.
They ripped out my fiberoptic line for Internet, phone and tv even though it was located. Then tried to tell me it was in the concrete and they weren't responsible for the repairs. I reminded them this was the original driveway and that fiber optics were not used until many years after this driveway was poured. I had to call to get my line replaced although they called for locates. My phone, Internet and tv were out for a couple of days because they didn't even say anything about tearing it up. I had to ask when I got home because my Internet was down. The new drop line is still laying above ground across my hot tub and all the way around my house. I was told that I was responsible to get it taken care of. I used to be a contractor doing residential excavation work and know the process. This should have been taken care immediately by System Pavers. Why should I have to deal with organizing the repairs? This has left a terrible impression and I won't give suggest System Pavers at this time.
Our yard was a wreck and it is beautiful now. I don't think we'll have to do anything else to it. I feel like the quality is very high. Watching them work reinforced that. We have invited neighbors in to see it and they have all been impressed.
I was tired of an unsightly retaining wall and decided it was time to be replaced. I made contact with System Pavers and now have a retaining wall and a paver walkway that is very attractive, was well done, and has met every expectation I had for it.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
